I did not have a problem with the staff. They were friendly and prompt to take my order and it only took 10 minutes to receive... my pizza. The problem was with the pizza. The crust was tasteless, thin, and chewy. The crust had always been my favorite partof Papa Johns. I returned the partially eaten pizza and staff said the crust is now made by a machine instead of hand made. Iwas not offered a refund or a replacement item. I will not be returning. Read more

I have been ordering from this place for a while and it has been consistently good to average. But, tonight on 11/12, I had some... of the best papa johns pizza ever. The cheese to sauce ratio was spot on, the crust was exactly what you want, the toppings wereof the perfect proportions and they were layered under the cheese. You could tell someone took the time to bake a genuine pie tospec. I will be ordering again. Kudos to whoever was working the kitchen that night. Read more
