I work as a DoorDash/Uber Eats delivery driver. I have never been treated so disrespectful and rude in my life. I will NEVER GO... BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN. The manager literally THREW MY CUSTOMERS FOOD IN THE BAG. Never put any kind of sticker on it.Threw the food at me while other customers looked at her like she was crazy!!!! There is a problem!!!! I feel like it was aracial issue, why I don?t know. I am working just like she was, I am talking about the manager only!!! She was the rudest personI ever met. I ordered online for togo from Popeyes in Ponchatoula last night. I was a little apprehensive bc of past experiences. When I... got out of my car, CHRIS, the guy working the drive-through window was finishing up and asked if I had an internet order and gotmy name. By the time I made it inside, he was boxing up my food. He kept a great attitude the entire time, even though thiswasn't the overall tone of some other employees. He is a major asset to Popeyes! This location is out of my way but employees are professional, courteous, and most of all Food is served according to order and... cooked properly. Thank you Popeyes on U.S. 51 near Walmart, not sure if it is Hammond or Ponchatoula. It was worth the drive!!Found it when husband was in North Oaks hospital. Read more
At the Ponchatoula location, at lunch time, the speaker was broken for drive thru orders so you had to order at the window. The... worker was obviously stressed from the additional work load. She handled everything line a champ. She was polite and workedquickly. My order was correct and absolutely wonderful. You guys are doing a great job! Read more
