This was the best damn Burger King me and my boyfriend have been to in the US as a whole. Food was hot, crispy, and fresh, staff... was friendly. We come from Washington and California, and visited Ponderay in April and are still raving about how positive theexperience was for us both. Read more
On Tuesday Aug 23rd my 5 year old granddaughter and I stopped for dinner and was hit in the face with an odor that smelled like... pesticide it was very strong and instantly got a headache I was unable to eat my meal upon leaving we went to the restroom andit smelled like car exhaust, I was nauseous the entire trip home to spokane as well as a bad headache I don't know what wasgoing on that day but it was not a good day there Read more

We got mushy, undercooked chicken nuggets, we didn't eat any of them and took them back and said "we just got these, they were... mushy and undercooked" and dude said he could throw them out for us... This Burger King is decent for fast food. They stay fairly busy, and seem to get the orders out in a fair amount of time.... Coupons that I receive in the mail make it more affordable. The employees don't smile much. Read more
Still the same as when I first posted this review years ago...this was and is my review: Staff seems to get lost quite often.... This has been an ongoing problem for many years. Food always stacks up because of this and therefore is often cold. Of all BKs Ihave ever been to, this is my least favorite. And if you prefer to eat with flies, there are plenty buzzing around.
