Today I went through drive thru no one was behind us or on other side the guy said I'll be right with you. Ok a car goes to the... next drive up he helped her I guess he was affended when my husband said hello is anyone there. We left I love mcds but workersmake it suck. If we order food that requires ketchup at least warn us to ask for it because you don't give it out anymore. Onetime I asked they gave me 2 handfuls just crazy ruins a fun visit. Read more
Placed order, ran to use the facilities. returned to make my drink...saw cup sitting on ticket with me order number Went to... grab it and a customer yelled at me, that it was his order. Showed him my receipt with matching number. When that man went tosit down, young man asked to see my receipt and handed me my cup. He played it cool, just waited for the man to go sit and thenapologized to me. Read more
I have been trying to give this place chance's and have been very patient, but not anymore. This will be the 7th time in a row... my order is wrong, food is cold and the staff is rude or not accommodating. I didn't order extra anything, I simply told them what I wanted on my double cheeseburger and ended up with soup. I don't often... go to McDonald's but I missed dinner and was on my way out of town so I thought a small fry double cheeseburger and ice waterwould fill the void. Very dissatisfied. Read more
I would have liked to give 3.5 due to the fact it took 8 minutes from placing my order to gettong it (big mac, 1/4 pounder and... small fries. The fries were just on the warm side but not hot. The store itself was clean and staff were friendly overall. Read more
