Ordered a pizza at 5:50 pizza was delivered at 7:30 cold as ice and nasty. I'm so disappointed. We have always ordered Domino's... and wanted to try something different. Wow! Never again. We tried calling the store asked for a manager and we were put on holdfor 20 minutes. Never again! Dominos gets a 5 star Pizza hut, I put 1 star because our driver was nice. Never again. Read more
Drove 30min to have pizza and salad bar with my family and when we walked in we were told that we could not dine in but could... take carry out all while there was a family of six dining in right next to us. He said it was do to short staffing. So?.He waswilling to cook pizza to carry out just couldn?t eat it there?. Makes no sense! They still would have to fix the same amount ofpizza wether we ate in or not and the salad bar is serve yourself so? They should close the doors then or post that they areonly doing delivery. Spent 30 minutes on hold waiting to place an order, only for them to not answer. I am tired of lazy people who want to make... money, but don't want to do the work to earn the money that they want. I've seen busier places handle customers better thenthey have. Never again. Read more
We ordered four pizzas and a double order of cheese sticks. They came out delicious. They were ready in plenty of time, and they... were still nice and warm. There wasn't any staleness like they had been sitting there... despite our ordering the deal pizzasthey have going right now. They are always friendly, even if they don't know us on sight. Even though it is a food chain door,they treat us like a hometown pizza place. Read more
Our first pizza was delivery. We ordered a Super Supreme. It was cold and raw in the middle. Inedible. Pizza Hut made up for it... with a free Super Supreme. Since I didn't want to pay for another delivery charge and tip for the driver, I had to pick up thenext pizza. The next pizza was perfect. The manager there at the time apologized and explained it happened sometimes with thepan pizzas. I used to work for a pizza place that made pan pizzas. The only way that can happen is if someone pushes it into theoven, not letting the conveyer belt have ample time to cook the pizza, or if it is pulled from the oven before the pizza hasfully emerged from the oven. So... We appreciated the free, delicious pizza, but there is no reason other than impatience on thecook, that the first was raw. It has happened before a few years previous. No excuse, really. I don't care how busy the pizzaoven is. It needs to run the full course thru the conveyer from the start, before it is into the oven, and after it emerges fromthe oven. Pizza Hut needs to be accountable for the neglect of their employees to fully bake the pizza. Read more
Pizza hut used to be one of my favorites, but I haven't been enjoying it much lately. The crust is too sweet, there is too much... sauce, and there are not enough toppings on the pizza. The selection of toppings is pretty minimal too. The good? They arequick, friendly, and the dining area is new, clean, and never really very busy. Read more
Stopped by early Sunday evening looking forward to the newly advertised return of the salad bar. Not only was the salad bar put... away but due to limited staff, the dining room was closed. All I wanted was to sit down for a bit and enjoy a meal break whilein town running errands. I understand worker shortages to a point, but it seems anymore you better call ahead and see if theestablishment is open and/or fully functional first...but that's IF anyone answers the phone.
