BBQ done right. Smoked over wood, cooked slow, and from a pitmaster that knows what he is doing. Brisket is smoky, moist, and... tender as can be. Pulled pork melts in your mouth. I had the tri-tip sandwich, it was tender and flavorful. I didn't get any sauce because I wanted to taste the meat, which was... perfect. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because of the price, $10 is too high in my opinion. If it was $5 to$7, I'd eat there all the time. Read more

I had the sundae (filled with... beans, tri-tip, and coleslaw) and hubby enjoyed the tri-tip, handmade sausage, and brisket. I also had to have a side ofMac-n-cheese. AMAZING. What great flavors! I got the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage with a side of beans and coleslaw. Damn good. My wife... had the Smoked Smith Sunday. Layers of beans, meat, coleslaw, and sauce. Speaking of sauce they make their own and they areunique with a great taste. They're definitely doing BBQ right with their meats!???? Read more
