It's a decent typical fact food mega-chain eatery. The staffing shortage and the usual method of food storage and preparation.... It's a good guilty pleasure stop off for chow. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Night manger was very rude. Apparently they don't serve truckers and only accommodate people... in 4 wheel vehicles. Good thing your deliveries don't come by semi truck, or do they! Hypocritical business Read more

Waited in the drive through line for 50 minutes for a simple double cheeseburger with only two things on it and they made me a... triple with extra everything and stuff that I said I was allergic to. Needs to be shut down asap Read more

The order was correct. Food tasted good. Not too long of a wait in the drive through.

It looks like the vast majority of the poor reviews are from the drive-thru. When I pulled in shortly after 1pm the drive-thru... line was still super long and there appeared to be no line inside. So I decided to walk in, making note of the cars in line. Iwent in and had my order in no time! Food was fresh and hot. As I drove out of the parking lot I noticed two cars still waitingthat I would have been behind had I driven thru. Glad I got out and went in. Read more

Brand new one, by the looks of it. Staff was great and definitely redeemed my faith in Wendy's. Went to the other one in CDA and... twice they put cheese on my burger. I'm allergic, so this means a lot to me. So thank you for getting my order correct andquick! Read more

I have tried at least a dozen times to give this new Wendy?s a chance to get up to speed but their service is TERRIBLE. Today I... stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while two employees worked on putting orders together at the counter. Anotheremployee, possibly a shift manager, came up to the register and quickly left and a manager took a money drawer out of oneregister and left. No one even acknowledged our presence, made eye contact or anything. We walked out. Over the past 12 visitsor so we have experienced similar service. Waiting 5-10 minutes or longer for an employee to even recognize our presence at theregister, getting burgers but waiting 15-20 minutes for fries. Once we went through the drive through just for a large fountaindrink, we waited patiently in line for almost 20 minutes (maybe 6 cars in front of us) before we just left. Drove across thestreet to the Conoco and bought sodas there. When we came back over the car in front of us hadn?t even gotten to the pickupwindow yet. The problem at this location is 100% training and management. No way does a fast food location have suchconsistently poor service without bad management, oversight and training. Read more

Went to Wendy?s the weekend it opened. Way too crowded in takeout line and inside so went back last week. Hamburger and fries... were good but the burger was very pink throughout. Would have taken it back up but line wasn?t moving very fast. But mostly, themanager, was dealing with 2 separate parties at their tables who had wrong orders. He was apologizing profusely to both and madeit right with both. Biggest takeaway: staff needs some serious training. Way too long to get food, and cooks need to make surepatties are cooked all the way through. While waiting for my meal I couldn?t help but notice quite a disarray behind thecounter. From my experience, if a new food establishment hasn?t figured things out in the first 2 weeks they will have a toughtime making it. I hope Wendy?s is the exception. Read more
