I JUST STOPPED AT THE KANGAROO EXPRESS GAS STATION ON US 1 NORTH TODAY, SUNDAY, NOV. 13TH. I DIDN'T NEED GAS TODAY, BUT I DID... WANT TO PICK UP A ST. AUGUSTINE, SUNDAY NEWSPAPER. I TOOK THE NEWSPAPER TO THE REGISTER ON MY RIGHT AND A YOUNG GIRL TOOK MY$20.00 BILL AND GAVE ME CHANGE FOR A $10.00 BILL. I TOLD HER I HAD GUVEN HER A $2O AND SHE SAID, NO, YOU GAVE ME A $10. Great gas station- large, well lit, and 24 hour
All kangaroos suck, but this one is pretty bad. Even though its a new location, this store is disgusting and terribly... understaffed. How can a franchise this lucrative not hire a reasonable number of employees? Its obvious that the staff there areoverworked and rightfully frustrated. There needs to be more hiring and much more consideration for these employees. It speaksvolumes for what the true values are for the kangaroo/pantry companies. Read more
