Long story short.. Went shopping at walmart and discovered we had a firehouse subs.. I was super excited to order it.. As I was... checking out at Walmart i called to place my order , listened to the message and placed my order online. 25. Minutes andsandwich is ready.. Little long but I was right there in the shopping plaza so I waited and after arriving at the time I wastold to arrive at I enter, greeted by a young man and was shown where my order was. Upon entering I see a note on the doorstating no lettuce so I asked the guy if my sandwich had lettuce. He said no. I ordered online ( it never stated there was nolettuce available) Now lettuce was the ONLY topping I had requested. If someone would have called me after seeing my order. tolet me know "hey we are out of lettuce" I would not be writing this. Why am I writing this- cause after I was not happy aboutwaiting 25 mins for a sandwich I didn't end up getting- I was instructed by the same young gentlemen as he giggled to go buylettuce from Walmart for my sandwich. That wad his solution. Im sorry but that was a big WOW to me. You have 6 employees on theclock- why don't one of them GO TO WAL-MART & buy lettuce so your customers can have one of the Most COMMONLY ordered topping instock Read more

Went in for lunch, ordered combo?s in, but wait in line took a long time. The cashier was taking phone orders. She then took my... order. Sat down and there was two people waiting for their Order. Making sandwiches isn?t hard. We had to ask for them to bagit. Couldn?t stay to eat. No one was cleaning tables. I was going to clean our table, but no napkins available. Since the saleof Firehouse the service has dropped significantly. I didn?t even get a ?Welcome to Firehouse ?. Read more

A little bit smaller on the inside than I expected. But it is clean and the food is good. Fire house is my favorite place these... days to get a hot sub. The cookies are good too! there?s just something about this particular store that I always forget thatit?s there for some reason. Read more

Typical good firehouse but I'm only giving it 3 stars because the prices are insane on uber eats and the fact that each sandwich... doesn't automatically come with chips with the unacceptable prices is enough to downgrade my rating. It's a firehouse sandwichthere is no reason people should be paying 30-40 dollars on uber eats to have two sandwiches delivered barely a mile. And it'snot the uber fee's I'm talking about I'm talking about the FH prices online vs in store. Read more

Ordered 2 subs as they come at the counter at 2:30. Got them at 2:52. Looks like the shift was a bunch of teens barely moving.... Would recommend staffing at least one adult to keep things moving. Read more

My gosh what has happened to the portion size! I remember the subs here were big and robust and the pickle spear was... substantial. Ordered here today and was given a dinky snack size steamer sub and tiny pickle spear for almost $8. Sub tastedgood but was still hungry after eating it. Disappointing Read more

The prepared food is good, but they keep missing small things when I make an order online. This is the second time that I?ve... ordered a kids? meatball sandwich with no cheese and the cheese was included even though the receipt says ?no provolone?. Theyput a pickle on my sandwich even though the receipt clearly says ?no pickle?. This is also the second time in a row that thekids? sides - that I paid extra to upgrade - were forgotten. Don?t put out a sign saying sides and desserts are in the bag ifthey aren?t actually in the bag. Read more

The new Fire House Subs in the Durbin Pavillion is really nice. This location is apparently the new prototype of what... potentially all new Firehouse Subs will look like. This layout has a nice clean look, and there is no longer the long counterthat is present in regular Firehouse Subs location. As soon as you walk in, you immediately see the ordering counter with alarge menu above it. I definitely think this layout is an improvement over the current design (not that they current layout isbad). As is usual with Firehouse, the food and service is great. I personally prefer hot sandwiched and subs, so Firehouse isone of my favorite places to go when I want a sandwich. I highly recommend the New York Steamer or the Hook and Ladder. Don'tforget to try the Datil Pepper sauce too. If you have a chance and are in the area and are a fan of Fire House Subs, be sure tovisit this new location! Read more
