I was just in there and I was behind an elderly gentleman who had gotten coffee drink and he only asked her to top it off with... some almond milk and the young lady refused and the old man says I come here every day and they do it for me everyday she stillrefused told him that she would have to charge it for a latte or some s*** and it would cost $7 verses 4 dollars he already madefor the drain and yada yada and and she told him that she was a manager and she knows what the procedure is and she refused toserve the elderly gentleman and a little bit of almond milk so screw that place Read more
I have never seen a Starbucks consistently take so long to get people through. The only reason I still go here is because of the... convenient location. It seems like whether you?re walking in or going through the drive through it?s going to take you 20-30minutes. They also consistently give me a regular temp drink when I order kids temp for my little one. They just seem reallyunorganized. Workers are friendly though. Read more

I had a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 1:57. I got here at 1 and they hadnt even made it. Horrible service and... treated me like i was weird for just standing waiting for my food. I felt like a fly on a wall for no reason. I was just tryingto get a quick breakfast and so far its been 10 minutes as I write this. Ive never had such horrible experience at a Starbuckscafe. Just rude. EDIT: THERE IS MOLD ON THE VEGGIES. I?m disgusted and I?m going to be calling for a refund after I?m done withschool today. Read more
This is my nearest Starbucks and have seen the service continue to get worse year over year. I use to think Starbucks provided a... differentiated customer service which is disappointing now. On several occasions we have arrived and they had closed earlier(i.e. hour early) because they forgot that it was a Saturday not a Sunday and they apologized. ( Sunday closes earlier). Theystill didn?t serve us. It also seems as they just can get an iced coffee right so started just to order plain and add stuffmyself at home which should not be. Not sure what is going on but has to be better managed. Read more

Well run. Opens very early and the staff is on point. It?s located at the front of Palencia Villa right off of US one. They have... a drive-through to. Our coffees were tasty and we will probably be back for more. It wasn?t even that busy which is great to seefor a Starbucks! Read more
