This is basically the worst tropical smoothie in the area. The food is never cooked right, always missing ingredients. Tonight I... got a ?hummus veggie wrap? & it was missing the HUMMUS, avocado, pepper Jack cheese & there were barely any beans or rice. Itwas basically lettuce, tomato & onion for almost $10. Its a shame because I love tropical smoothie, however we waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes!!! And worse there?s no... way to exit the line once you?re in it. The reason for such a low rating is because this is not the first time this hashappened. Very nice kids and very overwhelmed on Aug 11, 2022. Floors dirty, counters messy, lots of health code violations. There should... be someone with a serve safe food manager certificate during a shift. I don?t think there was anyone present that day. I wasgoing to share pics but that is excessive. I know they are working hard. The GM should work on Sundays! He/she should be rightin the trenches with the team. My muscle blaster took 15 min. I didn?t have anything to drink with my buffalo wrap. I've been here only 5 times, but the last 3 times within the 3 weeks. First 2 times it was ok... but the last 3 times something... has been wrong. I get the same smoothie. I REALLY don't know what they did the 2nd time it wasn't the correct color. And today(June 13 around 1050am) my smoothie is juice, it's all liquid. I like the service, employees are very nice. OMG! Are you kidding? Three cheese quesadilla was ordered. There wasn?t any cheese on the damn thing! It was just an empty... tortilla shell with barely any cheese at all! Ice cold but how could you possibly keep a quesadilla shell hot! Never again! It?snot a difficult recipe. Sorry I can?t give negative stars. I should have read some of the previous posters saying theyencountered the same no ingredients problem. Took my lunch break and went to Tropical Smoothie. Got back to work and this is what they gave me. I order a three cheese... quesadilla with chicken and a smoothie. I could eat it if was just cheese I would have been upset but this didn't even havecheese on it. Not a good to run a business at all.
