The servers cannot seem to ever get the order is right don't do a drive up window or call in order on your app
I've been going here regularly for the last 3+ years. It used to be fantastic and one of the most consistent Dunkins I've been... to. As of late the quality and attention to detail has dramatically gone downhill. Coffee with too much sweetener, a full cup ofice when ordering less ice, bagels not toasted even slightly when ordering one toasted dark, bagels with little to no toppingsleft on them, etc. The only redeeming quality as of now is the speed with which they handle their morning rushes. The people here are nice! The servings are itty bitty. It will never end in Nocatee. The best place to raise your kids but you... will pay too dollar for bread, fats, and you will struggle to get good servings and good protein. Doesn?t matter where you go. I ordered a coffee roll and they gave me a cinnamon donut when I told them about their mistake they said they couldn't take the... cinnamon donut back which is fine they could have thrown it away and then charge me for another doughnut so I ended up payingdouble of what 1 cinnamon coffee roll would have been Plus they always act like the customer's wrong Read more
The people are generally nice and I like having the convenient location, but they regularly forget things in orders, you wind up... waiting at the window, they don?t have things on the menu, and manager is in a different mood each time. Some items have beencold with unmelted cheese?If there were an alternative that wasn?t Starbucks I would be take it. Just wish they would could be alittle more consistent. Read more
I go here semi regularly and they do a nice job, in general. Usually order iced tea but once they gave me iced coffee. Have had... to learn how to speak their language when ordering iced tea somewhere between unsweetened and half and half (Order unsweet teawith three pumps of liquid sugar). Donuts are good but sometimes are out of the popular ones late in the day. My wife hasreceived wrong coffee orders but they fix them without any problems. This is by far the best Dunkin? Donuts that I have ever visited! They are so efficient, whether you place your order on your... phone or if you go into the store. The team that works here is always friendly, smiling and welcoming. I nominate this locationfor franchise of the year! Read more
