Great food?not so great service. We ordered a meal for take out. The pick up process was unorganized and we had several items... missing. The employees providing the service were not very helpful. The restaurant wasn?t very busy, so it was difficult for meto understand why the service was a challenge. With that being said, the food was excellent. Based on the quality of the foodI will try this restaurant again. Read more

Place seems to be hit or miss. Some days its great, and some days is awful. Service and available items have dramatically been... worse recently but I still enjoy a nice cold beverage during happy hour here and the burgers are still decent when they are ontop of their game. Read more

Not worth the price at all. I ordered a double M Burger, the truffle fries, and a milkshake from online and drove out to pick it... up. The total for these three items was over 25 dollars. The only thing that I would say was really good was the milkshake, which was delicious and had a great consistency and thickness. The burger was average at best, not to mention the two pattiesweren't cooked evenly. I'd ordered the burger cooked medium, and while one patty was cooked that way, the other one wasundercooked and almost looked rare. The fries were terrible, they were soggy and flavorless. The only circumstance I could eversee myself coming here again for is to get a shake, and that's the only reason I'm giving this place more than one star. Thefood is absolutely not worth the price tag. Overall, I don't recommend it. Read more

We really enjoy coming to M Shack. My kiddos loves the burgers and fries. On this particular day the worker who is in charge of... placing orders and picking up the phone does seem want to working at all. I tried calling 3 times to place an order but no onepicked up. I though it would be super busy and that was the reason for not picking up. Once I arrived to restaurant it isobvious what the problem is. Not M shacks fault just wanted to inform owners about their employees. As an a fellow businessowner I would want to know. Saturday, June 11 at 12 pm. Read more

Pleasent, comfy, and a great hang out location for friends to gather. They've got a nice shake selection, including a nice... spiked shake selection, and a good bar as well. The restaurant is nicely lit and the music isn't to loud, playing nice rock andpop music. The Totchos are particularly fun side dish. I had the swamp burger and the pulled pork and spicy slaw in it weregreat. They also have no qualms about cooking a burger to order, I got mine medium rare, and it was perfect. The food was outfairly quickly too and there was no wait going in at 7:30 on a Friday night. All in all great place for burgers. Really theydon't have to much else, but do what you do and do it well, and they make great burgers! Read more

Quiet quick meal at M Shack tonite. Burger came out incorrectly as it was customized but they fixed it immediately and was spot... on the next time. Ordered their homemade and very tasty applesauce.. that surprised me! Onion rings were good as well. Watchedwhile the young lady was emptying the ice cream machine to clean it? can definitely recommend this location! Read more

I've experienced "shrink-enomics" but this has to be the worst to date. Nothing says "build back better" like an order of fries... that costs $3.50 that yields a 2/3's empty box. I have never been considered a pessimist... but the glass is more than halfempty in this case. M Shack, take a note from 5 Guys if you truly think you can compete with them... FILL THE BOX, at theminimum. I can go to 5 Guys, get a bag full of fries and can still name the farm the potatoes came from. Will I be back? Notsure... I can take my $3.50 and buy a 28 oz bag of Idaho Fries at Kroger for $2.80... and I promise they'll be way less soggy. Read more
