Ordered online. Had no fries, which is not a huge deal but would only substitute the fries for onion rings which my family... hates. I asked if they could substitute for an eight piece chicken nugget which was about a dollar cheaper and they said theycouldn't do that. Additionally, I had ordered through the app and there is no way to cancel the order through the Burger Kingapp which is more of a criticism of the Burger King franchise than this particular location. Overall it was a waste of a good 15minutes and I ended up ordering from McDonald's down the street and was reminded how a well-run business makes a lot ofdifference. Read more
The tables were filthy. . . ALL OF THEM! the person working the drive thru was sitting in the lobby. What may have been a... supervisor was on her phone in the lobby. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since the Clinton Administration. The ONLY savinggrace was the lady that took our order. She was pleasant and professional. Read more
Would have been nice to have gotten food. We were there for 5 minutes before the cashier said he would be right with us. He... took orders from four more drive thru customers and that is when we decided to go elsewhere. Sorry BK. I love my whoppers but, they never give me ketchup. And, I always forget to ask. The BK in Peoria was totally out!!
