Burger and fries were overcooked. Ordered a vanilla latte with two extra shots of espresso.. they claimed they could not make... that so I said I'll take a vanilla ice coffee with two extra shots. They made me a regular iced coffee with no extra espresso. A bunch of kids working there that know nothing about customer service.. just lazy. Read more

Honestly service is junk here. Especially on later shifts. Food is old and cold or like warm. You have a job to do a job. This place really needs to do a training with their employees! This will be the last time I ever order or step foot in that... place again! Can't order because they forget to put all your items in the bag and then it's someone else's problem. Doordash here, just wanted to say the store has a pretty lazy crew I'm used to Bloomington and Peoria Morton Clinton Lincoln and... this is by far the worst. I had a customer order lunch 15 minutes early and they couldn't fulfill his order and honor what theyaccepted he ordered. I get about the time I don't understand how they can sit around and talk about what gender who is and notserve the customers. 15 minutes and loyal customer who's using a Dasher that's paying more per item paying for a service fee andtipping a customer should be VIP should be allowed at least 15 minutes before lunch to get their food or do you not think so.They partnered with doordash they should have to accommodate for the doordashers needs as well or they should get their owndelivery crew.
