Great service but you get so little for what you pay. They don?t put Much meat on tacos at all. Would not recommend getting... tacos for a group of people and think they will fill up everyone. The meat to shell ratio is way off here. Read more
Friendly, helpful employees, food comes out hot & quickly. Clean dining room & bathrooms! Only 2 stars because of... CORPORATE. Hooked me into a free taco after filling out the survey on my receipt. Had to download the taco bell app to get freetaco. But free taco! Downloaded app, & I've tried three times now. The app consistently won't work, so they've gotten 3different visits out of me based on the offer of that one free taco. ???? Deleting the app, and have had my fill of taco bellaltogether. Tacos were soggy. Their idea of extra cheese is to just charge extra.
There drink machine was down but they wouldn?t give me a refill on a slushie. I didn?t even want a slushie! It?s 100 degrees out... and it would have been nice to have something cold to drink when I went back to work. Read more

Had another great experience at this location so wanted to take the time to give them a positive review. When you are on the... road as much as I am you get used to which rest stops have which places you like or don't bother stopping at, I have learnedthat when traveling on I-55, I am never disappointed when I visit the drive-thru at this location. The customer service Iexperience is positively consistent and you can tell they have a good team. The food always tastes exactly how I ordered it andI never had to return to correct it. Also it was neat to see the seal on the order to reinforce the concept of less chance ofbeing exposed to extra germs in the process. I appreciate the hard work fast food workers put in and if in the area, wouldrecommend stopping at this location. Read more
