They were out of roast beef and told us when we pulled up to place our order ok kinda bummed but figured no big deal tried to... order a chicken club wrap that the lady continued to tell me that they did not have on the menu even though it is after arguingand trying to tell her what and where it was on the menu i was then told they were out that kind of chicken... so tried to orderthe turkey bacon wrap only to be told they didnt carrie that any more 2 times before i asked then why is it still on the menu asa number 10??? Finally she figured it out and took the rest of my order which was just for a gyro with no tomato. Get home thewrap was stiff and stale crumbling apart and was not cut and the gyro that was only no tomato was now just only meat.... incompetence at its best right here at this location and yet you think you deserve to make 15$ an hour and cant even get simpleorders correct!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever not the 1st time ive had issues with this location probablyat least the 5th time now and will not return and would tell anyone and everyone to find another location as well!!! As they said in the movie, they always get you on the drive thru. Took them 10 minutes from order to pick up and only one car in... front of me. I had one item completely wrong, in the right wrapper. I had another item completely missing from my order. Themissing item was a portion of a combo meal. I got the drink and fries, but no sandwich. We went back after discovering theissues and were given the missing sandwich but meant with indifference about the wrong item and ZERO apologies. Terribleexperience. Read more
I went through the drive-through yesterday to get two fish sandwiches and a order of fries. I realized the time was cutting... short because I had to hit the bank around the corner before they closed. There was four cars in front of me and the line wasmoving kind of slow. So I jumped out of the line go to the bank before they closed for the day. But I called the store and talkto one of the employees and they were nice enough to make my food when I got there. The food was hot fresh and really good. Ihad to work at my second job so I just was able to get something in between to hold me down until dinner time. I just wanted the bbq smokehouse brisket sandwich....I honestly dont know twhat you tried to serve me but it only has 1 SINGLE... piece of brisket and literally just sauce?
