Website says open, but when I got there the dining room was closed. So I went through the drive-thru. The french fries are cold... and stale. The only way I can return them is to get back in the Drive-Thru line and waste another 20 minutes. Read more
Placed an online order. Showed up and dining room was closed (app says to come in for order)so had to wait in the drive thru... line of 4 cars. I waited THIRTY minutes. My food was cold and was clearly sitting while I waited for the drive thru to move.What a waste of $$ on ?fast? food. Next time I will drive further to go to another location. Read more

Used to be a great Arbys but it is the worst service I?ve ever had. Employees are rude and slam the window multiple times when I... asked for sauce I said please and thank you. Decided to try the new steakhouse bacon/ranch burger. EXCELLENT! Hefty, juicy, just the right amount of lettuce, tomato, sauce,... etc. Really good bun. Hope they keep it this way if it becomes a part of the permanent menu. As good a fast-food burger as Iever had. What with the lunch time drive-through in competition with the dine-in, it was a bit slow to get the food. Worth itthough. REALLY glad to see dine-in resume. As I do not do takeout, this was nice to get back into an Arby's. NOTE: Thisrestaurant needs to remove the open dining room sign or put something up that says it is NOT open even when the sign says it is. Got caught twice this past week (Sunday and today - Wed) trying to go in and the door is locked. Trying to have this burgermentioned above again but have NO interest in take-out. I am not going for three strikes on this location - I won't be back. With this aggravation, change my stars to ONE! Read more
I have to give a 5 Star review because the Outstanding service from the staff and the manager Daniel. Upon entering the... restaurant was very clean and I was greeted by Daniel. The entire staff provided amazing service and attention to detail thatput a smile on mine but all of the customers face. Upon completing my order and handing me my dinner Daniel again asked me if Ineeded anything else and wished me a good day. Arby?s is now my go to restaurant for not just me but my co-workers.
