Absolutely AWFUL customer service! Were rude to me on the phone AND my doordash driver who was there to pick my order up!!! I... ordered a drink and an ice cream scoop with some toppings and just because they didn't have some of the toppings I requested,they OUTRIGHT REFUSED to make my WHOLE ORDER and told me it was MY PROBLEM and that I had to cancel my order!!! My dasher waskind enough to swing around again and ask them to make my order but with no toppings then and THEY STILL REFUSED! I had to callDD, cancel my order, they refunded me, I had to order again with NO TOPPINGS, and I called the store to confirm they received myorder and the lady on the phone with me was OVERLY rude and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The people here are always fun and friendly! I literally go there daily for chocolate milkshakes. They are the BEST!
The two ladies working the Monday afternoon shift were really helpful today and polite enough to give me a bag of ice to cool... down a banana split on a hot day. 9/3/18 Enployee was terrible. Got the order wrong, refused to refund money so had to take the wrong order. Went back up to... store, employee was argumentative, said I was wrong and raised his voice. Worst customer service we ever experienced. At thetime of order showed a picture as listed in the website, employee provided something completely different. How do you not givemoney back if the customer is does not want the product, it was not consumed, and company got it wrong. Would give zero stars ifthat was an option. Read more
Limited selection; don't expect them to have whatever "flavor of the month" commercial the company is running. The owner of this... store has decided such things are a waste of time, apparently. Find another location or go to Cold Stone on Woodward and SqLake. Many more options than this waste of time. July 4, 2018 update: went to drive thru because the dining area had justclosed, and somehow they "ran out" of cookies and cream. One of the most basic flavors and they happened to run out when thedining area was closed and drive thru was the only option (meaning no way to prove they didn't actually run out, they simplydidn't feel like opening a new container at night). Ordered cake online Monday to pick up Saturday for birthday and paid online with cc. Saturday...cake wasn't there, store had... order but doesn't show paid, and Manager can't help resolve, was told we have to wait 2 weeks until the owner comes back fromvacation to fix this....and the MANAGER is upset at our irritation and starts waving their hands and saying "whatever" to uswhen we press them for some resolution...NEVER going back again. Worst customer service EVER! For a $36 order, they lost acustomer for life. Read more
Ice cream was ok but it's not hard to fill a waffle cone. Sunday was fine but nothing special. For $21 I would like my 4 items... to be ready in under 15mins. Workers are very friendly! Read more
