It was okay to me! We got there when they first opened, so I was curious as to why my coffee was lukewarm. We asked for crispy... hash browns and the waitress said, "Unfortunately, they have new potatoes and unable to get them crispy." I am not sure if sheforgot to put that on the ticket or what happened, but a cook/chef not able to get hash browns golden brown and a bit crispy isunfathomable. Read more
Not terribly impressed. Pulled into the parking lot. An employee was sitting in her car at the front entrance smoking pot. ... Food was OK. Waitress was nice. The stoned employee came in a few minutes later and seemed happy. Read more
Terrible food and not a great menu since COVID. Service was good but nothing was hot or tasted good. Definitely won't go back.

I went through the drive-thru. When I got my food I checked the bag and saw a hamburger box along side the other items I... ordered. When got home I opened the hamburger box and it only had my curly fries! So I called the number on my receipt.Surprise, surprise the number was unavailable. I called over a dozen times thinking that someone was just on the phone but noone answered even 2 hours later. I tried to contact them online and I still couldn?t get ahold of anyone. I've been frequenting Kerby's locations for many years. Comfy, clean, with friendly efficient staff. The coney's and gyro's... are exceptional as are all menu items. Great breakfast too. Convenient place to satisfy your Coney fix! Read more
Extremely fast service. Best place to go for a sit down lunch. If you know what you want, as your seated, you can place your... order and your food is on the table 5 minutes later. Plus, they give me a TOGO cup for remaining beverage, which I definitelyappreciate! Top notch! Read more
