Waited and waited for a order that was sitting on the stand. Could not get help from the employees. Will not be picking up... anymore door dash or Uber eats from here. The order was still sitting there when I left and the customer will get cold food. Atfirst I waited at the back of a long line because I thought it wasn?t ready but after a few customers left I realized it wasalready made so I went to the front of the line and was acknowledged and seen but they continued to make other customers subsinstead of handing me the bag. I don?t expect a apology or excuse but if your going to make drivers wait you should put the foodwhere the drivers can get it. Also it is not the drivers job to sign receipts when we pick them up I just scribble on them butit?s still ridiculous. I would like to see what happens if I go get a job somewhere and ignore the people coming to pick up thefood. And great for your company that you have responses that do not in any way help your business look better. Good luck withthe food cost and cold food that the customers are getting. Read more

I placed an online order tonight through the app. I ordered 2 Foot long Spicy Italian subs and a pepperoni personal pizza. The... pizza was made correctly to my order but subs were completely incorrect. I order one on Italian Herbs and cheese bread withpepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, green pepper, extra pickles, oil, vinegar and extra mayo. I received ItalianHerb and cheese bread with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mild peppers, jalapeños, black olives, very fewpickles, salt, pepper, no vinegar, no oil and no mayo. For the second Foot Long Spicy Italian sub I ordered White Italian bread,provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, banana peppers, black olives, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and extra mayo. Ireceived white bread, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, black olives, banana peppers, jalapeños, very fewpickles, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. The male employee working was rude and unprofessional towards me. I got to therestaurant 5 minutes or so later than the time my order was supposed to be ready. My order wasn?t ready when I arrived and Iended up waiting about 10 minutes longer after arriving which normally wouldn?t be a big deal but I placed the online to savetime. Needless to say I was disappointed that my order was incorrect and the employee was rude and unprofessional. Last three orders completely made incorrectly. Made without cheese, deluxe orders never added, all 6 subs inedible. I reached... out to both manager, Liz and owner. Even though the owner admitted this last order was missing items (um. It was missingdeluxe, never ordered oil on sub. Completely saturated and inedible), missing items, cheese. ON THE LAST THREE ORDERS. I spokewith both manager, Liz, and the owner today after receiving the last THREE orders made completely incorrectly and they refusedto do anything. I sent over pictures of the incorrect subs today. They still wouldn?t do anything. I am done with thislocation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service and quality. Never again. Read more

I came in Tuesday around 515 ordered two subs I had them take the tomatoes off my sub because they were white and ask them to... get a new pan of tomatoes that were ripe. They said it was a first in first out policy and they couldn?t do that. I have workedin the restaurant industry for years corporate management we would have never served or even prepped a product like that. Then Iordered Broccoli cheddar soup and it was thicker than pudding. you could tell it sat there all day I have friends that work insubway and they have standards they swap out anything bad.
