Worst location ever. Ordered: 1 spicy chicken plain. 10 peice nuggets. 2 singles ketchup only, kids meal, and a Dave's single ... with 3 large fries. Received: 1 spicy chicken with everything on. 0 nuggets. 1 Dave's single out of 3 ordered. 1 kids meal amdthe 3 fries. So missing nearly Half of my food. When we drove back to get the food we were missing the manager was a jerk aboutit, and when we asked if he could do anything for the inconvenience (not asking rudely btw) he said, "I don't normally doanything if people ask". I'm sorry, but I asked you for a pretty simple order and you left half out. He should have offered todo more, but instead was rude about their mistake. 3 of the tiniest frosties possible with ZERO apology for forgetting 2burgers, 10 nuggets AND not making the chicken sandwich to order. Way to make it right. Shame zero stars isn't a rating. Saveyour time and go elsewhere. Read more

Sunday 6/19/22 I pulled up excited to order breakfast, well the person who took my order must have had a bad day and he took it... out on my very rushy and was upset that i was ordering things. everything i ordered he'd say is that it? is that it? I go towindow and its a manager treating me like this. The manager did not seem happy that i was giving them business. He was beyondrude little short unkept black guy who needed a shave badly. So i asked for condiments and if he could have he would have turnedred he said is that it so i say well i need a stirrer for my coffee he/the manager says "WELL, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT!?!?!" iwas so appalled I nicely gave him back the food and asked for my money his customer service sucked. He is so lucky i am achanged man or i honestly would have thrown that hot coffee in his face he is so lunch God has changed me. All this attitudefrom him and I never once raised my voice and I said please and thank you up until i drove off. I hope this manager has a betterday in the future. But i will never be back. Read more

It was going to be my 1st time ordering Wendy's breakfast. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in one place a pulled in and... waited in line to go through and order Wendy's to find out it was around the corner so I just pulled around the building And noone was in line, I ordered and and got my stuff pretty fast. I realized I forgot ketchup so I knocked on the window a coupletimes and waited a couple minutes which seems like forever and no one came. So I drove off and started to eat my food. Thepotatoes were pretty good tasting butYou could definitely tell they had been sitting Not even remotely warm and the same withthe sandwich. I provided a picture of the sandwich. When something is hot or even warm the cheese usually is melted andeverything is melted together but in the picture you can see it wasn't steamy or melty. Super long line at 1130am but thats typical. The drive-thru is strange since Tim Hortons pickup window is right in the way of... the Wendy's line. Anyway...got the Dave's classic double and I was pretty shocked at the way it came out. It almost didn't lookreal. Their food is normally luke warm and not very good. 12/04/22 The dining room is listed as being open till 10pm on the door, as well as online. This location does not open their... dining room, also seems understaffed. Not sure if franchise or not but it would go a long way if more employees were hired sothey can operate as advertised. Also would probably have to pay the employees enough to care. Would not recommend, might aswell drive 10 min to the next Wendy?s if you?re set on it. Read more
