Always love Caseys. If your out an about an need a bathroom this is definitely the place to go... They are always exceptionally... clean. Never out of tissue and normally there's two in each store so not a wait. Then I have to mention that the Best pizza inthe world comes from here!! Even if it has been sitting in the heating racks for hours it's still Amazing!!! Read more
The only reason I?m giving the Pontoon Beach Casey?s two stars is for the handful of other times I used their delivery services... without a major screw up. I ordered food for me and my children at 5:24. It?s arrived at nearly 7pm. You can see they aremissing a couple items as well. Cheese sticks are cold and pizza is underdone. No cakes pops. No 12-pack but thanks for the 2liter. Enjoy your 20% tip that you definitely do not deserve. Read more
I've had pizza here in the past and I've never been disappointed until 11/27 i ordered a breakfast pizza and it cooked... incredibly fast. The dough wasnt hard at all and it was cooked so fast to the point that the cheese wasn't melted enough toactually stick to the dough so all of the toppings and cheese slid right off the top of the uncooked dough. P.s. pizza wasflimsy!! So i had to RE-BAKE it when i got home not what i paid $15 for???????????????? Read more
Do not order from here if you want your food ready in a reasonable time, or if you want to be treated like a customer and not an... inconvenience. Ordered pizza n wings and gave them 30 min to make it, and instead they waited until I got there and told me itwould be ready in 5 min. So I waited inside for 20 minutes while they made my order (instead of out in my vehicle with my fianceand son) they also offered me complimentary breadsticks, but didnt have breadsticks. Instead of telling me "we are out ofbreadsticks would you like a fountain soda" they said nothing to me at all. Just didnt send them out. This Casey?s has the best location in pontoon Beach Illinois, located on Pontoon Rd! It has diesel and regular unleaded, which... there aren?t alot of in town! This one also has homemade pizzas they deliver and you can call ahead! They have other things inthe kitchen as well that they make and to order; sandwich type to go food, chicken bites, cheese puffs the best sodas with thecrushed ice!! They have slices of pizza that you can get and then they have pizza and soda specials! thepublic restrooms veryclean, parking lot and very clean parking area for getting your gas as well as the station that you get your Soda that are justwell cleaned also.
