The early morning clerks that were there this morning were doing super...there was only 2 of them. (One didn't show up and the... other quit. ) They were busting butt holding down the store. Their attitudes were amazing. Stars ?????????????? The washershowever, have been out since the last time I was here about a month ago and the water pressure in the shower sucked this time.Not sure what they did....but they need to undo it. I usually have a 12 to 24 hours wait when I'm here and laundry and great showers is a huge thing when your otr for weeks at a time . .. the showers here use to be high pressure. Read more
That feel when you spend $700 for fueling diesel and hardly find place to park your truck, tired with hope to take a shower and... wash your clothes and you find washing machines out of service, all of them ??????????? such a big company with big names andcan?t fix this small problem? by the way to take a shower you have to wait min one hour Read more
Some of the employees offer great customer service?and others don?t. Food they offer was good, but if you see a sign that says... they?re offering a deal on something and get to the register and that deal doesn?t ring up right, you?re SOL. They don?t honorit and don?t care either. Store part is well stocked and cleaner than other flying J?s?but you?d be better off getting snacksfrom Speedway if you?re trying to save money. Read more
Don't stop here for 34 if you need to do laundry. Can't figure out how a truck stop that makes millions of dollars a month at... site and a company that makes billions can't seem to get things fixed. How is it 4 washers are out of service in a week and theycan't get them fixed. And why can't they clean up trash along the curb. Pilot is far from being convenient stop for OTR truckdrivers and disgusting no matter what way you look at it. From the bathrooms to the parking lot. To the PJ fresh food alwaysdried out or looking nasty and employees handling food and no sink for them to wash there hands before hand and handling moneyand God knows what else before handling food. Oh and if taking a shower bring your own towels. Nothing better then seeing showertowels and wash cloths sitting on janitors cart and attached to mops. Read more
Very clean showers. Nice organized clean store and restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are the normal... overpriced truck stop prices. Its one of the better Flaying j I?ve been at. parking lot is laid out pretty good and relativelyeasy to get into spots. and way to many reserved parking spots. Read more

Parking lot is big and lots of semi and bob tail.. The inside however.. I Went into this place twice. The night time there was... blood splatter on the wall in the women's bathroom. There was no toliet paper or paper towels there was trash on the floor.. Iguess no one ever checks these. I didn't go back to check if it was there when I used the bathroom the second time (I used thedrivers side) but decided I wanted something to drink and found these while checking out how empty this cooler it. I can onlyhope it's being cleaned but I don't know about that. There was food still in there. Gross! I understand staff shortage and blahblah blah but when there are 3 people standing around talking with a line full of people it's time to reevaluate the staff.Maybe have more guidance on cleaning procedures. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the worst Flying J's I have seen on theinside.. Read more
Used to be one of the best Flying J to spend your 34 hours reset but I guess they are under staffed and the quality of the... cleanliness is going down the drain. Dust bunnies covered shower's AC vents, ceiling, walls, and fans. Read more
