Ordered the Deluxe Breakfast, which I have had several times before and enjoyed. The hash browns and grits were obviously old... and been reheated. Grits were super lumpy. The portions of eggs and meat were comically small, as if they were rationing out thefood. It also doesn?t come with a drink despite costing $8. I ate the entire serving of eggs in 3 bites. Only got one piece ofsausage, and the ?bacon? is a weird chewy, paper-thin type. I probably won't eat here again. Read more
Now I'm not sure when working at fast food became such a hard fete but obviously it is to much to bare for many. The workers... here it was wayyyyy to much. They don't know how to take a burger order without cheese. Don't know how to take burger orderwithout certain condiments Don't know how to give change back for an apple pie that was not in the order without reringing thewhole entire order. Baffled is all I can say. Then for the amount of dinners we ordered, we recieved no napkins not one fork andI had to ask for straws. Baffled I tell you. Get home. At least the chicken dinners were right. One of the burgers wereright. The fries were good. I'd probably come back and order fries that's probably easy for them. This was in the PontotocMississippi store. I was excited to try this new store in our Hometown. But lord.. I'll just stick to local places. It took So Long to get through the drive thru line. Then the girl at the window couldn't get our order straight and we had to... tell her what we had. Then asking for straws. Nothing major just irritating and time consuming when we were in a hurry. The foodwas really good as usual though! Read more
My food was just OK. My family and I decided to dine-in for the first time and when we went to sit down all of the booths and... tables were dirty. We had to wipe off a table because we couldn't find a clean one. Their were only two other family's here soit was not busy at all. My burger was cold the only plus was the fries were warm and the tea was pretty good. Probably won'tdine-in again. Read more
Pretty simple order yet we had to go back twice due to our order being wrong. There was no sweet tea made and when I told the... girl at the counter she made no movement to get any made. Just asked what else I wanted. The fries were cold and hard with noseasoning on them. The chicken strips were also cold and hard. Our burger looked like a 2year old put it together. Jack?s is so good!! I had a chicken sandwich and it compares to Popeyes! the fries are nice and crispy as well and salted to... perfection. Dining in is the way to go, it?s fast and easy. Read more
This is the most beautiful Jack's I've ever seen. Great parking... great porch... just awesome. And food isn't too bad either.... Lol Read more
