Employees were rude and acted as if they didn't want to be there. Not sure which item I added, as I added many, but something... tasted like soap. Maybe the pan used wasn't rinsed out well. There is no way I was the only one to taste this. Ruined my entiremeal. Had a few bites hoping it wasn't everywhere, but tasted it throughout. I love Chipotle and eat there at least once aweek but will never visit this location again. If I didn't have to drive 30-40 minutes to get there I would have just given itback and walked away. I finally got in touch with someone the following day, but i feel like nothing I said was taken seriously.It's sad that one bad visit can allow me to exclude them from all future meals. I love chipotle, but this location is flat out terrible. First off they barely even filled the bowl up I had to ask him to go... back two times to put more rice and beans in it . For a $12 meal I would assume I get the correct portion of food. I got to mycar just to open up my meal and it spilled out made a hole in the bag and went all over my shirt, because the lid was notproperly put on. Definitely won?t be coming back Read more
I worked at chipotle when I was younger and this place is far from up to standard. Nasty lobby, so so cleanliness on the line.... Be careful ordering a burrito Togo, they?ll skimp you on the portions to make the burrito easier to roll. (Easily half the sizeof what you?d get on the line). T'was a mess. The tables weren't wiped down and then the trashes weren't taken out and the floor was super messy. Kinda really... aggravating as we had to ask someone to wipe down our tables and she wasn't nice, she was super smug and slow at wiping down thetables as if she didn't like us. But honestly I don't care if the lady didn't like us, i just want a clean building. But, thefood was good! Tortilla was a bit chewy but the sour cream changed my life in oh so many ways. I am not a Chipotle fan but my fiancé is so there for I must go once or twice a year lol. This past time was not terrible but I... think it might be a little to salty. Maybe I?m eating it wrong I dunno. I am trying to get better about liking it but it isdefinitely hard I know a lot of people out there who just love it and I?m sorry but it is definitely a hate relationship butmaybe one day I will grow to like it.
