This doesn?t even deserve a star. My family has been traveling all day and we stopped here at 6:00pm on a Saturday and we were... turned away as soon as we walked in. The girl behind the counter said that she wasn?t taking any more walk ins and that was allshe said. Well?? we left. Thankfully the restaurant next door was open and definitely didn?t turn us away ?Guerrero MexicanRestaurant? and it was AMAZING!!! Honestly this is getting disappointing. I loved Dickies for many years and it has always been my place to come after disc golf.... It's normally friendly faces and friendly greetings however these last few times the young girls behind the counter didn't evensay hello or ask how I was and the one serving meat literally stared at me after I walked up to her and I had to ask "are youready for me". She didn't even ask if I was ready. Customer service is tanking here and it's really breaking my heart because Ihave eaten here for many years. The first time or two of being treated this way, I didn't think anything of it. But it stillgoes this way every time.... I believe this visit here will be my last.... And that saddens me. It doesn't help that the foodhas been getting dryer. While it still tastes good, the pulled pork wasn't very juicy or fresh like normal the last few timesand the ribs were overcooked last time which is why I did pulled pork again this time..... Just an overall disappointment butbecause of previous service is the reason I'm giving a 3 star instead of a 1 star. I hope y'all get this fixed. Read more
Their ribs aren't very good so I can't say it's 5 star.. However, their pulled pork sandwich is delicious! I've also had the... jalepeno sausage, brisket, and fried okra which are all delicious. Really great, quick service every time I go. Read more
Didn?t know that their Texas Toast is just a regular piece of sliced bread. No butter, not toasted. Portion sizes are quite... small for what you pay for. I also payed more for extra sauces through Uber Eats and I didn?t receive them. Disappointing. Read more
This was my first time trying out Dickeys. I?m so sad to leave a bad review! I was really excited! I got the Chile Fritos pie... brisket. The serving size for $8 was awful and small. See picture for reference. I could barely taste the brisket. ???? I alsogot the pecan pie which was small as well. Wish I could have had a better experience. Read more
We had the brisket and burnt ends with waffle fries and the loaded baked potato with jalapeno cheddar kielbasa and fried onions... on top. The menu allows for changing things up as you want because I subbed in the kielbasa for the meat in the loaded potato.The food is good. Solid taste, texture, and flavors. The cheddar in the kielbasa was prominent in the mix and not greasy. Everything was hot and didn't need any extra seasoning. I tried the Carolina sauce and it was flavorful with a little kick.Overall the restaurant was clean. There are also outdoor seating areas for eating. Read more
Enjoyed it all till the napkins were gone! My wife and stopped in after deciding not to cook dinner and we were thrilled to the... fact the prep time to receive our meal was fast. When we arrived there were three different customers ahead of us and we stillwere able to receive our meal in about 15mins. I pleased to say the food was worth the time we waited. We ordered two styles ofwings, which included lemon pepper and barbecue. There was an additional loaded salad added as well. We will be back! Stop inand get your hands into some great barbecue. I just paid $28 for two pork n tangler bakers. AWFUL!!! I drove from another county! Not as I ordered!! No fried onions at all... and I asked for extra!!! What happened to yall! It used to be one of our favorites but to be honest the last 3 times was NOTgood. Three strikes we're done. Get it together or close ya doors. Better get drop your prices and pay ur people more.
