Our experience at Green Fire was amazing! The atmosphere, the customer service, and overall energy made it a time we will... remember. We had the pleasure of meeting Russell (the owner) and his customer service was priceless and accommodating to ourdietary choices! Green Fire Pizza does not disappoint! We had the Meat Lovers and Fungi Madness Pizza?s. Both were delicious. Also had the Sweet... and Spicy Wings. Very tasty! Overall a great experience. The service was a little slow, however, the owner came over andexplained they were short staffed and offered to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend Green Fire!! Read more
I?m not usually a pizza person, but this was amazing. We built our own on a cauliflower crust with the basil pesto sauce,... mushrooms, mozzarella, artichokes, prosciutto, and balsamic drizzle? we also tried the sweet and spicy wings, which were quitelarge, quite meaty, and quite delicious. On the advice of a friend we went to Green Fire because I have always wondered about it, now I am kicking myself for not going... sooner. We came in as the owner(Russell)was on his way in and he greeted us and told us to sit where we wanted. The atmospherewas cool, there is full length glass looking into the kitchen and good music playing. There is a full bar on one side with someseating then the restaurant is on the other side. The bar has a great selection of beer, the owner likes his stouts so there wasa real good selection of them. When I was making my choices our waitress(Abby) even brought me a small sample of one I wasthinking of getting. We ordered the Caprese Heirloom tomato salad that came with large chunks of tomatoes, large chunks ofmozzarella and whole basil leaves(which you never see). I also ordered the cheezy bread, it came out and was like no other wehave had. The "cheese pull" was fantastic, the fresh in house made marinara sauce that came with it was amazing. I ordered "TheReal Deal" pizza and of all the local pizza's I've tried this is the best hands down. My wife ordered a NY style with mushroomsand pepperoni, you can tell by the picture that it is loaded with mushrooms and plenty of pepperoni. The food was incredible butwhat came next was the cool part. The chef came out of the kitchen and came to our table after I was raving about the food, hegave us a little background, told us about how the dough is all fresh in house and he makes all the sandwich bread in house aswell. Next the owner stopped by, asked to sit with us and told us all about his place and how he got started. Russell caresabout the food that he puts out, he is particular on how his pizza dough is made(right down to temperatures), he goes all overlooking for the freshest ingredients for all of his house made sauces. I deliver for GrubHub and from the owner, to every employee I've had thepleasure to interact with, I've always been treated like I was the customer. That's very, very rare, in our industry. Green Fire has some great Pizza. The owner delivered some pizza at a practice I was managing at the time and I decided to bring... my family here because the pizza was so good. Well My family and I enjoyed ourselves here. The smoked wings were amazing and thepizza was fantastic.
