I honestly would have left a 2 star review for this restaurant if it were not for the amazing service we received from Kelly on... Sunday, 8/28. The restaurant was not super busy when our group arrived, but no one at the front greeted us, even though theywere standing in front of us for about 3 minutes. We had our name put on a list after asking for assistance and were told 10 to15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later a table was finally cleared off for us among several un-bussed tables that no one seemed tohave time to clear off (again we had to ask for assistance to be sat). We really should have just left, but we were starving andwanted to eat before we got back on the road. We overheard another waitress, Debbie say she only wanted the tables with 2 and 3people at them and not ours. She denied saying that, but literally we were standing right next to her when she said this. Kellysaw us sitting with no one coming to our table and asked the other waitresses if she could take our table. We were excited andrelieved that she would be our waitress because we heard her talking to another table near us and she sounded very friendly.Having Kelly as our waitress literally turned our whole experience around from bad to fantastic! She was friendly, outgoing,offered drink and meal suggestions and was beyond excellent with her customer service. Kelly is truly an asset to this locationand should be noticed for her above and beyond service. Thank you Kelly for making our day and putting a smile on all our faces. Read more
Food is no better than any other I hop. Seated quickly with a tour of the restaurant by host, a complete circle. Waitress... seemed stressed until she seen the tip I was leaving. It's always the luck of the draw with expecting anything these daysbecause of the stuck up ways we feel. I don't mind really if you just stayed home if your going to be in a bad mood atwork...I'm just saying attitude is a attitude regardless what you think of me, your job, boss or who you think we are..neverjudge a book by its cover we're not all out to get you like the group over at the other table running thier mouths oneverything. We arrived and they were not busy at all. Me and my two young children were seated quickly. We waited 25 minutes to be seen and... for our drink order to be taken, waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. My 3 year old has to wait longer because they decidedto put a kids drink in a glass cup vs a cup with a lid. Then I finished my tea and never got a refill after asking for one 3times while we were eating. Waited another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Food came out in a timely matter. Asked forsalt and had to wait another 10 minutes. I get being short staffed if that is the case. I work in retail and deal with it allthe time, but at least apologizing for the wait time will go a long way. Read more

Long wait. Not enough servers to take care of everyone. However, the shining star was our waitress Kelly! She was cleaning... tables, serving, taking orders, & helping up front. And with the best attire! She needs a raise if you want to keep good workerslike her. Read more
