Great sandwich. Terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted with the usual hello, after I paid for my sandwich, I left a tip.... The cashier saw me dropped a buck into the tip cup. I didn't get a thank you or come again. Good thing I don't live nearby,because I would have to find a different Jersey Mike's to eat. Been going to jersey Mikes for 10 years never had an issue been getting same sandwich for the past week #7 no lettuce or oil.... When server finished with meat there was hardly anything on it. I asked him immediately why only one ounce of meat. He said hecan only put three slices on. I said that?s some pretty thin slices. Never never been so disappointed. Read more
Out of all the sandwich places, Jersey Mike's has always been my favourite! And this location is the best. I always come here... for my lunch when I'm working, it's my little luxury. Everyone here is so nice and I love chatting with them. And of course, thefood is amazing!!!! This location was fabulous. The staff member taking my order was excellent with the menu. He helped me narrow down my choice.... Repeated my order back to me then fixed it right up. Ordered a box of subs from Pooler Ga 16 and 95 location. They sent four regular wrapped subs with my son when he picked up. ... The point of this order was individual sandwiches for a 5k event. Inadvertently called the other Pooler store to complain. Their manager Josh stood in the middle to figure out what happened. He called the other store and when he didn?t get a goodanswer, he offered to knock that out for me and we could pick up corrected order from his store. GREAT customer service. Hefixed an incorrect order his store was not even responsible for. Thank you!!! Read more
