The staff needs some training. They were not inviting at all and definitely did not have things together. I had one person... asking me what to put on our sandwich at the same the other is wanting to ring me up. Things were very confusing, they rang meup wrong. Food is great and the ingredients are fresh. They just need some better management to make the process run better. Read more

The young lady with blond hair did an excellent job when the store became busy. She took 5 famlies orders one at a time and... remembered them while slicing the meats getting the bread placing the meats and adding the condiments to each order. SHE hasGreat customer service skills. She is very proud of your store. We were there on Saturday July 23 at 2:30. I hope you have anincentive program for your employees. This location is a joke, the staff are slow and the do not listen at all. I literally waited for 20 min watching this child like... man fall asleep making my sandwich. If I was their manager I would fire the entire crew. I was not the only unhappy customer.The regional for this area really needs to fix this location. Im considering never shopping at jersey mikes over this eventtoday. I don?t think I?ve ever been this confused and angry. Please do something about your staff!!!!!!!!! Read more

I understand service jobs aren't always easy. I was at this location yesterday. I would rather my order have been completely... wrong or slow service than what I witnessed at this one. Both employees acted high and hungover. It was disturbing. I was one ofthe only people in there and they basically played with the food for about 10 minutes and placed the sandwich directly on thedirtiest counter. And yes I mean play. Like I watched the lady moving the meat from one empty bun to the other in rotation forlike a minute and a half. I'm not joking. And for some reason they couldn't move my half made sandwich to the end of the lineafter I stood there at the register for 30 minutes. Then another customer came in and they put my half made sandwich off to theside. I really thought I was part of a practical joke. Finally I just asked for my money back and they said they didn't know howand then jokingly asked for my social security saying that might help. I just walked out of the store at that point. There'smuch more I could say about the state of the store and how the employees handled the food. Needless to say I lost my appetiteand didn't even care that I didn't get my money back. I'm just never going back. Someone has to know for this place to hopefullyget better. Read more

I had the best experience at this location! my sub was just the way I wanted it and way better than subway! The employees worked... as a team to fill the needs of a crowd while I was there and I am very satisfied with the service I received from the youngmanager on duty, Andrew! also the blonde girl there was amazing!
