So I've eaten at McAlister's on numerous occasions and I've never experienced bad service until today. I placed my order which... included (2) of the cheesecakes not realizing they were chocolate until after I paid for the order. As soon as I noticed it, Ialerted the young lady behind the counter, she spoke with another employee and said I could get a refund if I didn't want toexchange. I sat there patiently for about 10 minutes and I suppose a manager or perhaps the owner came up to the counter. Theemployee explained what happened and the manager says; work an attitude, "It says right there that is chocolate." Ok, my faultfor not seeing that. This woman really acted like she did not want to give me a refund; hell, I attitude settled for a storecredit. It's not like I had even gotten the cheese cakes. I wasn't getting ready to argue with anybody over $12 so I told her togive them to somebody else. I guess that store really, really needed that $12. Piss poor customer service. Read more
I pre-ordered our food for Friday pickup...a choose two and nachos. My pickup time was 11:30am and I arrived on time. Food was... good but I would not recommend ordering nachos for take out! The items in the bowl with the cheese and veggies were all meltedtogether lol. I purchased extra sour cream. Ice in the drinks had melted a lot. Overall, food was still good! Read more

For the price I paid it?s toss up but the sandwich was good, the cheesecake good have a little bigger for $6 and the macaroni... was fat noodles and over cooked. Next I go would only be for the sandwich. But young ladies was friendly but was a little slowbut on the other hand I would return. Read more
I was really pleased with this place. Super clean, staff were very friendly, food was quick and fresh. It was no problem to... accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. When I asked the staff person if they had gluten free bread, she was really pleased Iasked and acted as if she was really proud that they did. The menu also has gluten free items marked. Great lunch option! It?salso cool that you can go in and immediately sit at a table and order through your phone to have the food brought to your table.Nice idea! Read more
Usually a good place, but for some reason, they are extremely short staffed. Evidenced by one of the cashiers having her small... child with her at the restaurant, which she keeps pushing back into the back room. Food took 35 minutes to get after ordering,without silverware, which took asking 3 times before we actually got any. Probably won?t return for quite a while. Read more
