We visited on Sunday 8/7... the pizza was good and the resturant was clean. The lady working the cash register was great. Very... friendly, polite and really tried to help with a situation where there was a misunderstanding on my part about the menu. Thelady working the cash register was doing her best to help me fix the situation. She suggested that I could just pay the pricedifference and they could make the order the other way and even told me it wasn't a big deal and that they would just eat thepizza that was wrong. So I gave her my money and she asked people cooking to make the newly ordered pizza. The reason I'm givingonly 3 stars is because one of the people cooking was beyond rude. I was told that his name is Ed. Ed went out of his way tostick his nose into the conversation I was having with the cashier and refused to remake the order even after the cashieroffered that as a solution and had given me the higher price and collected the money. He was rude to me as the customer and hewas extremely rude to his coworker. I ended up just telling the cashier to forget remaking it because I didn't want her to haveproblems with Ed after the fact if she pushed it with him. He clearly has no respect for his coworkers. I would not recommendthis resturant based on Ed's behavior towards customers and his coworkers. Read more
Fresh Toppins, ok pizza, poor professionalism. One of the worst experiences recently. We arrived hours before closing time, but... inside was closed due to cleaning. A storm had just finished in the area so you couldnt sit outside in the courtyard. 4employees working, 2 standing around. Next issue: Got one soda, one water - as I am filling up one of the cups the management onduty walks by and states that the cup wasnt for soda. Please know the order and what is in the cups before you make someunnecessary comment. We went because they have gluten free crust, which is the only way one of us can eat pizza. Two employeesasked how can 2 people meet with a gluten allergy, did we meet at a convention for gluten allergries? Not know a medicalemergency is what triggered this allergy. Read more
Love this place! Pizza was delicious. They make it in front of you and you can choose toppings like at subway. Edgardo helped... us and did a fantastic job. Super friendly and we got our food quickly. Read more
I was shopping through the outlet mall and was feeling a bit hungry. I came across this pizzeria and thought of having something... small. The meatballs were perfect for me to snack in. The meatball with a ricotta topping was great and filling. It was ~ 6.5$,I guess, and quite good portion wise, and taste wise. Read more
We are always looking for a quality pizza, especially a quality gluten free crust. Rise Pies has both. You can build your own... or try one of the signature pies. We had a bianca which is white pizza with checked and peppers. Excellent garlic oil flavor. We also had the Hawaiian Shirt on a gluten free crust. Both were fantastic. First time here. Not bad at all. Very impressed. Store was overall clean. There were a few tables that needed to be cleaned but... there was a long line. If there was move staff it wouldn?t had been an issue. The crew that was there were very friendly. We hada good laugh when we realized it was all personal pizzas. We ordered off the menu on the wall to make life easy. But it?s likesubway and you can create your own. That is awesome. I feel that can make the line move slower during peak times of the day butbeing able to create the pizza with all the options is neat. All made to order so nothing is sitting under a heat lamp. Thepizza was some good pizza. The kids loved it. The soda machine is a pepsi machine that has all the different favors that you canadd to the main Pepsi drinks. Not too bad on flavor or serving size though a bit on the pricey side for two small pizzas, a meat ball bowl (2 golf ball sized... meatballs) and a Gatorade. I had the supreme, thin crust. I thought that it was tasty with enough toppings. My beautiful wifehad the Big Ed, she enjoyed hers as well. The meatballs will be eaten later so I have no opinion on those yet. Truth be told,we could have spit a pizza and shared a ?big salad? and had a cup of water, and the check would have came out to about 20bucks. So just keep that in mind when you go. The place was very clean, the employees were very polite and professional,overall a pretty good experience. Used my Tanger reward. Easy to use. Salad was great. The cheese pizza thrown on the stone just has such a great flavor!
