Love/Hate Relationship with this place. The place is always clean, food is always good *but* I?m almost always missing something... from my order and there have been times where I?ve waited 30 minutes for just a smoothie. I haven?t gone there in a while justbecause of that, and I?d honestly give the place less stars. But I stopped by today, and thankfully it wasn't as slow as normaland Dani was super sweet! Dani was super friendly, and chatted with me and made sure I actually had everything i needed. (Thankyou again!) This is the WORST Tropical Smoothie I?ve ever been to. I can not emphasis that enough. Pack your patience if you are planning to... order something here. Food so far has always been good, what is absolutely awful is how incredibly long it takes getting through the drive threw....... if there's more than 3 cars in front of you go ahead and throw it in park because you're looking at a 20 minute wait at minimum. Seriously the slowest drive threw I've ever experienced. I'm not sure if it's short staffed, or if it takes that long toprepare the items, but at any rate someone really needs to address the amount of time it takes. Also it seems the peoplerunning the drive threw always seem slightly annoyed when taking orders, they just give off the vibe like you're botheringthem... in conclusion, the food is good, but be prepared for a long wait and less than enthusiastic employees. Horrible experience! I am a regular at the Tropical Smoothie by St Joseph's Hospital and I have never had a problem there. I... visited Pooler the other day and the order took 25 minutes. The worst part is that after I got my Chipotle Chicken Club andleft, I realized the wrap had only one small piece of chicken, a half of slice of bacon, no tomato, and the rest was chipotlesauce and lettuce....so much lettuce that a lot fell out when I unwrapped it. So if you like Chipotle Lettuce wraps, go toPooler. If you want a good Chipotle Chicken Club Wrap go to Abercorn by St Joseph's Hospital. Sorry Pooler, Never again! Read more

Smoothies are good, but it took 10 minutes from walking in the door to even put an order in with only 1 woman in front of me.... Waited 30 minutes from ordering to get 2 smoothies. Visited here for the first time with my sister. The employees were friendly, establishment was clean. I had the Bahama mama... smoothie, it was pretty good. I also tried the Cajun shrimp wrap, which was very delicious will visit again soon. Read more

This is probably the worst Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to. The server Jessica was rude and the food is taking forever to... be ready. The bananas and apples were very bad. We ordered a sandwich and a salad; 20 mins later we got two sandwiches. Theyoffered to make the salad but we didn't want to wait another 20 mins to eat so we jus took it. That was the longest wait everfor a tropical smoothie. This is the worst tropical smoothie I have ever been to. I will never come back to this TropicalSmoothie. I'm very disappointed. Read more
