I'm not bashing this establishment by no means but I'm always honest when it comes to my reviews. The atmosphere is A1, customer... service is spot on and the place is very well keep. The style of the burger is that of a smashed one but maybe a lil too muchcause there isn't that much meat there. The favor was good but again truly not enough meat to even cover the entire bun. I went for the first time today and was I disappointed. This was the nastiest burger I have ever had. My tots were over cooked... and hard. My burger wasn?t they way that I asked. I paid for bacon and didn?t receive it. I had a half of piece of lettuce on myburger and the burger still had pink in it! For 20 something dollars I could have went to five guys. The best part of this wasthe lemonade. It was really good. Safe to say I want be back! The building is clean and staff was very nice. Read more
Would give no stars if possible, like everyone else said their customer service is trash ! The teenagers that work there just... stand around on their phones or huddled up showing each other stuff on their phone, they don?t really care to be there and itshows, if they mess up something they act like you are the problem, a whole staff with attitudes for no reason, I guess themanager/owner doesn?t really care as long as money is coming in. But their staff really makes this place terrible. I wentyesterday and ordered a burger and their was no bacon on it like I paid for, I asked for bacon and they gave me 2 small endpieces of bacon, the young African American kid thought it was funny, I just left before I had to tell them about their selvesand it wouldn?t have been nice at all. I?d eat which wich and the pita place 100x over before I support Wayback burgers again atthis location ! Get it together! Great service upon walking in! I was greeted and felt welcomed! I ordered burger melt, fries and a mint-chocolate milkshake! Of... course I didn?t need it, but my tastebuds and tummy was SO HAPPY I ate there! The ambiance reminds me of the show ?Happy Days!?Only the Fonz wasn?t there! Great place to visit! I will go again when vacationing! Fresh food! Free parking. Shares a lot withother restaurants. Clean and a high report card! I only spent 18.00. Plus I tipped the waiter/cashier. The worst experience Ive had with this place. I placed a pickup order online. Spent $67!!! The young lady was rude when I... arrived to pick it up, gave me my drinks and shakes, then when she brought me our food I asked her if this was everything. Ididn't have time to go through the entire bag- I had my kids with me and it was hot outside- but when I spend almost $70 on foodanywhere I expect it to be correct..... get home I'm missing my daughter's meal and the tatertots. Instead I got 2 orders ofnasty mac and cheese bites. Then both orders of onion rings were soggy and cold along with the French fries. My other daughter'schicken fingers looked like they came out of oil that had been used for 6 months and never changed. Needless to say, we willnever return. This wasn't even deserving of 1 star. The burgers are delicious. However, when it comes to customer service the employees get 1 ?. I walked in and saw the employees... on their phones. It was not crowded and I was the only one in line. The female employee was on her phone when I walked in. Sheput her phone down and greeted me with a very dry hello. I ordered a kids meal and that comes with a burger, fries and a drink.Before I left I checked my bag and it only contained a hamburger and NO FRIES! There's no excuse for forgetting to put fries inthe bag when the order is a KIDS MEAL. Do better and PUT DOWN THOSE PHONES! Read more
It is 7:26 as I am writing this review and the doors are locked with 5 employees on the inside. I arrived at 7:10 planning on... getting my wife and I some food but I must have missed the memo that they close whenever they feel like closing. I know that theemployees that were there on January 11th, 2021 seen me as they looked at me while they put chairs on the tables. The hours onthe door state that they close at 8 p.m. so why are the doors locked at 7:10 p.m.. Plus to make matters worse both Swirl Crepeand Which Wich are still accepting customers. This is absolutely unacceptable Wayback! Guess I'll be taking my businesselsewhere and for everyone else that is reading this review and want Wayback at this location, make sure you arrive before 7,or 6, or maybe even 5. Went here for lunch was a little bit strange. But regardless the burger was just ok loved the onion rings! So good! But it was... quite a long wait and they were not busy at all.
