I seem to always go early in the morning and I'm either by myself in line or with one other car. The service is always good and... the donut quality is consistent. I have had bad experiences with rude staff in Rockville and other locations, I have never hadany experiences like that here in the 10 or so times I have visited. Read more

This place is pitiful. Some of the staff are very friendly but nearly every time I go I spend 20 minutes waiting in the drive... thru just to end up with the wrong food or drinks. Never try ordering more than one item or they will completely screw it up.This morning, after handing me my drinks at the window, they say to park in front of the store where my food will be brought tome. 15 minutes later no food, so I walk up to the worker (same person who told me at the window to go park!!!) said she had noclue what order I was talking about. Even though she was the one to acknowledge my food order in the first place! Crazy thatthis place is still in business, when McDonalds never takes more than 5 minutes and gets the orders right every time. Read more

The management was loose and my orders are rarely correct - it doesn?t seem like the management trains their workers well at... all. It was very common for one of the younger workers to close alone and work alone. Read more

Let me say I?m patient and always kind when ordering from food service establishments. However, this is probably the worst... Dunkin/baskin I?ve been to. I have experienced kind staff but in the evenings they are the worst. Every single time I go whichis sometimes twice a week for milkshakes, they?re out of every single ice cream completely..and tonight the staff completelylied straight to my face a whole hour before closing cutting me off telling me they didn?t have any ice cream for a milkshakeeven when I said I would take any flavor. HOW do you run a ice cream place and consistently never have ice cream but when I gointo the store there?s always ice cream. Suspish- I was kind and said thanks anyway. The staff at McDonald?s were much moreaccommodating and kind. Read more

I agree with the poor reviews here. It?s such a shame to have a conveniently located Dunkin? with consistently poor service. I... really hope the manager/owner eventually recognize the importance of making changes. I get staffing may be low given therelatively low volume compared to some other locations, but that?s not at all an excuse for the frequently rude (and, at best,indifferent) attitude of the staff. Look, I don?t complain if hardly ever. Working in food service before has me very compassionate for mistakes and bad days. Where... I draw the line is disrespectful attitudes. To start off I get my order wrong everytime- today I was over it and decided I willno longer waste money on a disgusting product so I nicely went in and let the employee know there was no flavoring. She babbledon about how she told me in the drive thru ?she put it (sweetener) off to the side? well, that wasn?t me. So I was completelyconfused but she started to make it and yelled over to me pretty rudely to throw away my drank because she?s not going to- Iwasn?t even planning on having her do that. This is one of many occasions where their employees are just strait up rude andnasty. I?ve had enough and refuse to walk on eggshells at an establishment where I?m paying for a service. I continued to comehere because of the convenience, but it?s just not worth it. Invest in better employees or do some extensive training. Read more
