Manager was very polite and made things right However food came out cold asked for med steak got it raw sent it back came out... burnt completely my sides were cold when came back out. Appetizer came out after our food. My other plate came out cold from thekitchen there was only 5 tables in the place my soda had no carbonation in it. As far as management he was great but for serviceand food I won?t be back for awhile tried on 2 different occasions and had bad experiences. Sadly was one of our favorite datenight spots. Read more
Manager Jesse was wildly rude and unhelpful. We ordered three deserts plus mozzarella sticks for car side delivery. Ordered was... placed at 8:30 with an estimated ready time of 8:55pm. It's Thanksgiving night so we weren't to worried when we sat in our carat the designated spot for 10 minutes over. We tried several times to call the appropriate number and no one answered the phone.Even saw a person who eventually turned out to be the manager, Jesse, sit at the phone and ignore it. Finally at 9:30 my fiancewalks in to inquire about our food, and yeah she was stern and not very happy. He told her she could have walked in at any timeto get it, it's busy. This is for a curb side delivery mind you. He got in her face waving his hands around. Threatened to callthe police. A lady from the back brought the food out...ice cream melted for the deserts and mozzarella sticks not even roomtemp warm. My family and I went to this Applebee's, Friday night, November 18, 2021. It was a horrible experience! No body's order was... correct! My wife's steak was practically raw so was our son's! My son's girlfriend also ordered a steak, it was burnt! Mygrandson's chicken strips were so hard that he couldn't bite into them! I never even received my food!! Read more
There were only 4-5 tables when we got there and it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. After an hour and 10 minutes all we had... received was warm not hot cheese sticks and where told it would be a little bit longer before we got our food. We watchedseveral tables of people come in after us get their food. We finally told them to cancel the order and paid for our drinks andleft. Absolutely will not be back. Read more
We placed a curbside pick up. I ordered sirloin steak which was delicious. Husband ordered fish and Chips, but there were no... chips in the order. Didn?t realize it till got home. It would be nice if people would take the time to double check ordersespecially for curbside pick ups. Read more

Grilled chicken and strawberry salad and french dip with fries was amazing. The servers could have been more knowledgeable of... the menu and what's on it. I ordered a drink from the bar and my food came before it. She did apologize that she forgot it.Overall our experience was a good one. I'd give 5 stars if she didn't forget my drink. Read more
The hostess acted like she didn't want to be there. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. When we needed anything it took 20... minutes to get it. They were not busy at all. When they took our order it was like a hard thing to do. The only thing that wasout fast was our bill. That came out with our food. We had to stop someone to get refills and steak sauce.
