The service was horrible after our meal I waited over thirty minutes for our waitress to come back so I could pay our bill... tried to even get her attention would not acknowledge me went up front and tried to pay bill. Worker at the front counter says Iwill get your server basically blew me off and a second girl came out finally got a manger I never had to work so hard to try topay someone for their services. Was seated and that was it!!!! All the waitresses and no one came to take our drink order for 12 minutes then another couple... came in and they were seated and then a waitress came and took their drink order. So we left!!! We ate there a few times amonth, but never again. Always had great service till today, 31 July 2022 Sunday! Must be the lazy crew!!!! Not like anyone willmiss or care about us never going again. I ordered the chicken tenders with the desert heat rub + the spicy garlic on the side. My order came out with naked tenders,... the desert heat and rub both on the side. When I clarified how I meant the tenders to be with the rub, the server said "That'show I rang it. But the kitchen didn't do it that way." I asked if she could have it fixed and she said "I can but all they willdo is dump the seasoning on the tenders". I asked if they don't cook the rub into it. She said "Well, because of how I rang itin, no. If you want me to bring it back I will." I asked them to. She said okay. She came back with the kitchen cook and dumpedit on the tenders and said "This is how it would have been. Sorry it wasn't done beforehand. " Read more
Service is much better since improving the mobile order pickup experience. For that reason alone, I am increasing the rating... from 3 to a 4. The food itself is mediocre. Lacks homestyle love. Read more
Overall good and will be back. Wings were good, waitress was good checking on us often and made sure we had what we needed, food... was brought out fast even though they seemed busy, place was clean. The ultimate nachos were not ultimate for $11, and they wereout of their special mountain dew they advertise. Read more
Big Herb and his queen rolled up in this joint for the first time ever last weekend. We both ordered burgers and they were... absolutely amazing! Service and atmosphere was great. Today we bounced up in here again. Server was Jennie, 04/24/2022, 11:35AM, Table 210/1. Mayne let me tell you, the service was spot on! Jennie did an amazing job and had a great personality. Thequeen had a burger. I selected the chicken tenders with a side of Carolina reaper sauce to warm up to the blazing challenge. Ifinished my cup of sauce and all the fixins. Mozzarella sticks were great. Big Herb loves the heat and that sauce didn?tdisappoint. I recommend a sweat towel if you decide to vittle down the reapers! This was a full success moment. Not very impressed! Haven't been in the area very long. We LOVE BWWs! We went in to order food and go sit at the bar and wait.... Service was good but when we got home we found out our chicken was still raw! So we had to cook it in the air fryer. Not tomention, there was no flavor on the garlic parmesan ones?! Great place to watch a game. You can order in the first inning and get your food by the 7th inning stretch!
