Food was OK, typical Burger Kind food. I was the only inside customer, not busy at all with 4 workers standing around outside... the counter but the tables and floor were very dirty and no one was cleaning. Bad night time management on that part. Read more

The poplar bluff location gave us the wrong food, was rude, argumentative & I won't be back!! Not at that location.. it was... pitiful & we go to Burger King in near by towns & don't get treated like this.. just sad.. Read more

They had the thermostat set at 79° in the play area. It was very hot and musty. We asked if they could turn it down and they... said no. The play area was very dirty. It looked it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Read more

Placed a mobile order for a whopper with no ketchup or cheese. When I got there i pulled up to the line with one person in front... of me and was told to pull in the mobile order section. This is what they brought out to me it was so burnt it was pretty muchinedible with of course cheese and ketchup on it as well. I know its fast food but somebody had to notice how bad this was whileit was being prepared and I feel like it should have been thrown away at that point. Read more

Customer service from the counter was lacking. No one waited on us. Then we used the kiosk, but the kiosk did not give us a... receipt to pay. We stood at the counter and had to finally as an employee to help us. ???? Inside customers are importantalso. Don't just focus on drive thru. Read more

Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes this morning after ordering my food. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and two vehicles... in the customer parking lot. When I finally arrived at the pay window and asked why things were so slow the cashier stated theywere overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the orders..... I looked behind her and the workers I saw were just standing aroundand one was walking around in the parking lot vaping. AND my order was wrong. I wont be back. Poor service. Bad management Read more
