I ordered 80$ worth of pizza and wings I ordered the 32 piece and got half I called and said I was really sorry to have to do... this and explained I had half of my order. The lady was really nice but then I got a call from the manager Jonah who made mecount my chicken and sent me 9 more. And was full of disrespect. I will rather go to pizza in with exceptional customer service.It was an absolute waste of money. I will never buy from DOMINOS AGAIN . I hope he gets fired. :) Read more
The crust was wrong on our order, but we ate the pizza just the same. Haven't had a lava cake in a bit and found out they're... smaller now and come in a 3 pack instead of a 2 pack. They're all pretty friendly, which sometimes is hard to find when it's abunch of kiddos runnin a joint. All in all good experience. Read more
Usually have a good experience. Tonight was the exception. Ordered stuffed cheesy bread. Plain. Got jalapeños. Can't stand the... taste of jalapeños! Complete disappointment when I got home and bit into in the dark and got the horrible surprise. Triedpicking the jalapeños off, but the taste was still there. I never order the pizza here because I just don't like it... but thecheesy bread, the twists, and other sides are what makes the place great. Have always had friendly people in the store when I'vebeen there. That's why even though they got it wrong this time I'll still give 4 stars. Read more
Always is done perfect and usually done 5-10 minutes earlier than the estimate. If there is a long line they?ll come out and ask... for your order and bring to you to help keep line manageable Read more
One of my pizzas had a smashed box to the point it would not close. The driver also forgot my drink, and asked "Do you want me... to go back for it?". OF COURSE I DO!! I paid for it already and I expect to receive the items I paid for. Unfortunately this ifnot the worst experience I've had with this Dominoes, it will be my last experience for quite a while. We called in an order for pick up. When we arrived, we were told our pizza was made incorrectly. We were given the mistake... pizza, free of charge. The correct pizza was made quickly. It was brought to us. Both were amazingly delicious! I'm not a fan ofpizza crust but even the crust was tasty. We ordered extra sauce. I'm convinced that made the difference in the outer crustflavor. Literally ordered $75 worth of pizza and wings didn?t receive all of our order they forgot to put cheese on our pizza like bread... meat and sauce I contacted the manager and was told they would make it right and since we ordered on the app they already hadall the information they would need... two weeks later I go try to get my replacement and a new manager now informs me that themeal was to expensive to just replace without them making a note!
