Pay attention to your total at Jimmy Johns in PB! Our EXACT same purchase from Friday ($20.96) plus a bottle of water totaled... $31.49.... was told that bottle of water was $2 and some change... went in try to resolve the issue and understand why it cameup to that price the worker was super rude and told me to come talk to the GM tomorrow. Sweet tea was absolutely disgusting andmoms sandwich tasted like it had horse radish on it.. my other 2 experiences were wonderful and the workers amazing but thislady made me mad! Read more

I usually have a great experience, but today the employee at the drive thru window was extremely rude. He slapped the counter... when I asked about lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich. Rolled his eyes with every comment. I finally gave him a piece ofadvice and told him he needed to figure out what good customer service was because he sucked at it. Overall good place, my favorite BLT from a fast food restaurant. Usually pretty quick and order is correct, sometimes they can... just be a bit rude when essentially tossing my sandwich before closing the window and resuming their conversation inside. The sandwiches were great. The girl that took my order acted too busy to be curious though. When I asked a couple questions... when ordering I felt rushed and I was the only car in line. Then when I went around and paid and picked up my food, she neversaid a word. No "thank you" what so ever. No smile. Nothing! Read more
We ordered $375 worth of food, that needed to be delivered at a very time sensitive time. Jimmy John?s was 25 minutes late on... the delivery (which caused people not to get their food because of the time sensitivity) The manager threw his employees underthe buss, blamed them and said he can?t find anybody to work in this town. He was extremely rude to my wife and slammed thedrive through window in her face. The other employees really tried hard to provide customer service and did the best theycould. The manager showed extremely poor leadership that has caused us to forgo using Jimmy John?s for any special event. Read more
