Two days in a row they forget the pickle. Sandwich is supposed to have spring mix and it is made with spinach. Wrong chips were... sent. Spoke to the manager yesterday and he was very dismissive. Reviews on DD going back a year that they can?t seem to includepickles. Get it together. Read more
Great tasting food and drinks. The associates were friendly and willing to go the extra mile provide great service.
If you're in PB, MO, don't leave the store or pickup window without checking your order. They have about a 50% accuracy rate... with my last several orders. The food is good and worth what they charge. The service? Not so much. You will see severaladolescent employees with their backs to the pickup window, and it takes a few minutes for them to turn around. Inside thestore, they will check their cell phones with customers waiting. If the food wasn't so good, I would never return to thisstore. Read more

Ordered my food online, came in to pick it up around 3pm. NORMALLY I never have any issues regarding picking up my orders. But... the cooks simply didn?t care. As I was checking out I realized my ?bowl? of soup was actually a cup. The girl took my receiptand showed it to the expo guy on the cook line , and he laughed and said ?guess I?ll have to just eat this mistake myself?. Ileft to realize my sandwich I asked for jalapeños on didn?t have any on at all, also was very sloppy put together. I came backand had told them the mistake, but had to show my receipt off my phone since they kept my receipt before. The guy also madeanother comment about his mistake and laughed again.. then finally when I thought everything was right, I realized I didn?t evenget a pickle. The staff here on the evening shift are absolutely amazing! We have young kids and the teenager at the register was fantastic.... She took the time to let our preschooler order her own food and asked her kind questions. I was handling kids and the eveningmanager helped my husband carry drinks to the table. Everything tasted delicious and came out quickly. The whole restaurant wasvery clean and well maintained. We will be stopping by every time we drive through Poplar Bluff. ???? Read more
