Our first time to dine inside of the new McDonalds. Attractive, roomy. There was no employee at the counter, so we used the... electronic Kiosk. It said to take our table # sign and our food would be brought to us. That did not happen, after about 15minutes, my husband finally went up to ask at the pickup counter..our food was was there.. he had to go back for sauce we hadasked for, s&p. He also had to wait in line for drink refills. The food was good, but it seemed to be disorganized anddefinitely not a customer friendly restaurant! Read more
They never put all the items in the bag. Never. We always have to pull over & park just to check the bags before we pull off &... drive all the way home. Every time without fail we have to pull back in to a parking space & go inside to get the items theyforgot to put in the bag. This is a major nuisance & after several complaints, this situation is not getting any better.Ridiculous. Read more
the food was okay but I had to wait nearly 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a double quarter pounder cheeseburger. not the first... time service has been slow. hopefully this will improve and I can change the review later on. Read more
We ordered 2 Big Breakfasts . After a looooong wait , we received 1 set of eating utensils, they were out of butter, no hash... browns and bacon with the breakfast. The girl told me it comes with bacon. Since when???? Terrible service. We got the hashbrowns & silverware after SEVERAL trips to the back. Will definitely NOT be back! Please open another McDonalds... I moved here recently and I've been to the Mcdonalds over 10 times in the last 4 months. There... has never been a time when I wasn't disappointed in there service. They ALWAYS ASK YOU TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD FOR 15MIN. What's frustrating is they are so Lazy as customer you have to wait until they have a few orders to take out. So obviouslyfood is always cold. 2nd they never check your order to make sure it's right, and it never is right so you wait 15 min to findout your order is wrong. . Went inside dive thru had 4 cars lots of staff can't order at counter have to use screen to order. Put 3 exact same orders in... large qtr, pound burger large fry large sweet tea all three got small fry two large fry and one small sweet tea had to waitforever to get order fixed table tag says they bring food to you had to go to counter to get not even a fountain machine tofill your cup or refill staff acts like there busy and don't want to help be the last time we go there zero customer care Read more
The people employed there are nice. The service was fairly quick. Always room for improvement everywhere.
In the drive thru, we were told to pull to the window, because the mobile app code I had for an item was having trouble. The... lady at the window told us that we couldn?t order from there, and that we had to go back around the building and get back inline and order from the speaker. We told her that we were told to come to the window and order, and even explained to her whatthe problems we had and what the guy said. Her answer was that ?he just didn?t want to wait on you anymore.? How nice. Read more
