I ordered 2 drinks. 1 cake pop. The cake pop came up. Then a drink. Then 5 more drinks were made with only 1 barista working... with 1 other doing nothing. There was 1 person at register and 1 working the window (total of 4). I asked the working one whymy drink wasn't there and she said she made them when the tickets came up. "So, my order didn't generate 1 ticket with 2drinks?" She said "no", very rudely and with great disdain. If that is the case it makes no sense. I had to walk out I waited 20mins. Read more

I have never seen such a filthy Starbucks. Flies trapped in the display, dirty counters, plastic windows to barristas and... filthy floors. I stood at a counter that displayed "Cafe order". Next to a counter that displayed "mobile oders". The galasked if she could help me, I began my order. She stopped me and pointed to another counter. Granted, she was on drivethrough. No one else came up to me. When she finished the drive through, she took my order, went in back and retrieved anothergal to make my drinks. Only docking one star because this location has an issue with closing early- however, i rarely ever have issues with service; in... fact, the staff is super super friendly and i don't think there has been one time I haven't been complimented on an outfit bythe staff. Love love love my coffee. Read more

Not only did I repeat the order 3 times at the speaker to the lady in black makeup and huge skeleton earrings 1/2 decaf 1/2 reg-... but she entered in a latte because they don?t have decaf drip coffee made - without even telling me. That?s really what got me.Who gives you a latte without telling you just because you don?t have decaf available? My dad has to have 1/2 decaf 1/2 regularbecause he just had a heart attack and can?t have much caffeine. So then I drove all the way back to get it fixed and she stillgot my order wrong and gave me a straight decaf coffee. So they had to go back in and get me a 1/2 decaf 1/2 reg. April 9, 2022- Ordered a cold brew with cream. Ridiculously slow. 15 minutes of watching baristas talking while stirring tea... drinks. I don?t care if people talk while working, it?s upsetting when they aren?t attempting to fill orders on a busy Saturdayafternoon. I would avoid this location. Read more

Instantly loved the atmosphere walking in. I was welcomed and helped quickly. My order got questioned but instead of just... telling me it couldn't be done, the barista checked with the supervisor and they both learned something new. My order came outquickly and literally everyone working wished me a good day when I left. Read more
