Out of 12 items, 1 was made correctly. When watching orders being made, all crew were wearing gloves but one guy has long hair... sweaty keeps scratching the back of his neck and never changed his gloves. Read more

The older lady at the cash register was so nice and friendly! I went in to get a Mexican Pizza- it tasted absolutely... wonderful-just like I remembered! Pretty fast for early afternoon. Place was clean, too. Read more

It's nice to order food on the mobile app only to find out they don't sell chips and nacho cheese at this location. But they... still sell the Bell Grande nachos, which is just chips and cheese. Makes no sense. This location is not app friendly. Read more

Excellent experience! Service was fantastic, prompt, and employees were smiling. Food was the correct temperature, perfectly... prepared and packaged. We ordered our food to go inside, and the bathrooms and entire store appeared clean and inviting. Thedrink station was impeccably presented and stocked. I am a veteran Taco Bell employee (worked at one for 8.5 years), and I wasthoroughly impressed. Excellent job to the staff at this location. ???? It seems they have issues maintaining their equipment. The new freezes on the menu look really good. We've tried to order, but... the freeze machine is down every time we try. We want to try the Cinnabon coffee drinks. The coffee machine is down. Thekitchen staff seems efficient, but the serving staff would rather ignore customers and talk amongst themselves. I can'trecommend the North Westwood location any more. For better service, we will try the midtown or southtown locations. Read more
