Could not pay me to eat here again. In the past we've spent a lot of money here. Found hair in half of our burgers. All... different kinds. Wanted a refund but would have settled for an apology. Nope. Didn't even get that. I got "Well they wear hairnets." Obviously not, unless it was done on purpose. Poorly ran establishment starting all the way at the top. ...it's Burger King. This location isn't awful but it's nothing to get excited about. They're severely understaffed, like most... places right now. The manager is super sweet and doing their best to keep it together. My order is usually 90% correct so Ican't complain. Usually missing an order of fries or kid meal. Food is good, for fast food. 4:45 in the afternoon and I get cold fries and cold hamburgers, no Wonder no one want to eat dinner here! Worst part is I waited... much longer than I should have for cold food, I would have happily wait longer for fresh food. Read more
If I could give this Burger King a zero I would. I have used this Burger King three days in a row at different times . But each... time I went my food was not fresh. Nothing worst than cold fries. My meat on my burger was not fresh, it had absolutely noflavor what so ever. I'm done with the Poplarville BK. All they do is play fast food restaurant. Unless you go right at lunchtime your food will never be fresh. They cook a bunch at lunch to last all day. The grill is smoking continually out the top ofthe building between 10:30 and 11:30. After that, nothing. I'm serious, please don't eat here people if you expect a freshhamburger and fries. Pathetic! When I was young BK was the place to go if you wanted a good burger. I have been to burger kings from here to Destin fl.( yes the two for $4 biscuits get me when u have four kiddos to feed) ... Nothing like Poplarville Ms Burger King! The biscuits are soooo buttery and never ever burnt. The manager in the am is amazingat her job! She def needs to be a traveling manager getting these others whipped into shape. She always goes that extra Lilsomething to make sure you have all u need before leaving as well as speedy service!! This is truly what a Bk should run like!Can?t compliment them enough! Read more
