Best breakfast in town. Took awhile to get our order. They weren?t busy. Food was correct and fresh. I?ll be back!
Terrible experience. stopped to get ice cream for my mom and i and it was soured and freezer burnt. but most of all soured.
Mr will is awesome and very kind and the manager at night Jenifer is amazing she was very kind and helpful. The store was clean.... It smelled very nice inside. I've never been to a restaurant fast food at that, that didn't smell like food. I felt welcomed assoon as I came in the door. I will definitely be returning to this location in poplarville. We visit family in Mississippi Every Sunday. We stop by Hardees on our way home to Louisiana. The manager is so nice & always... has a smile on her face. The most disorganized establishment I have met. Went in at 10:05am for two biscuits then the employees proceeded to complain... loudly about who would take trash etc infront of customers about to eat. I had two people order way more things than me after meand got their order before just to find out that ima have to wait 20 more minutes because of them. Absolutely horrible customerservice. Waited in line to order food at 9:35. One person ahead of us. Got to window at 9:38. Nobody behind us. Lady says ?I?m short... handed and won?t be taking any more orders tonight!!!!? We said are you serious? 25 minutes til closing and let us wait in line.Not one person in line behind us. Why not take our order and then turn off the open sign?? They honestly never get it right. Tenders are often burned, and I'm always missing something. I've tried using delivery twice... and both times I had to pick up myself over an hour later. They always pull you up, even when you're the only car in line. I satand waited 20 minutes just for shakes they said were already made. They lie, they clearly have no clue what they're doing. Thisplace just has poor management and staff. It was this way prior to covid and has only gotten worse. Read more
