Best thing about this place is the fresh vegetables that go in to the noodles and rice dishes. Portions are large so consider... sharing. Would recommend they flavour the Singaporean noodles a little bit more, it lacked seasoning, but the Thai flavourednoodles and the teriyaki noodles were amazing! Read more

Was in here June 30th, 2022 fifteen minutes before closing and the place was empty and spotless, I felt bad ordering right... before close but the staff were all super friendly and didn?t mind cooking for 1 more person before the holiday. Food wasexcellent, also thanks for letting my girlfriend and her friend use the washroom. I forget his name, but the young really fitguy who cooked my meal really went the extra mile and I?ll make sure I stop in here next time I?m in town. But the other cookand 2 ladies working the front were all amazing as well. Hopefully noodlebox treats this staff to something for being hero?s. Read more
Always consistent and awesome, I love having one in town. These other bad reviews are front people who don't realize what spice... actually can do. If you can't handle the heat order your food MILD or less. Read more
Scorching hot was way too hot to be enjoyable. I asked for a glass of water and that was refused saying "we don't do that here".... Bought pop but still way too hot and also drank from my water jug from my car. Girl working at the counter a little too new tothe work force to be considerate about the situation or understand the food industry. Will not be giving this company mybusiness again. Read more
Gotta admit i was pretty excited to see a Noodlebox in Port Alberni. Dinner couldn't come soon enough. Ordered a chili plum... with pork via the app. App is easy to use. My chili plum, medium heat, was ready in 10 minutes. A friendly smiling facegreeted me and served my order. It was so good! Love the chili plum box. So much meat and veggies - very pleasantlysurprised! Heat was good, could have been a little spicier. Sometimes a medium heat will get my nose running and my tonguetingling. Not so much this time. Still tasted amazing. Loved it. This Noodlebox will be a regular meal for me when I'm intown. Highly recommend. Read more
