I went out and decided to try Pizza Pizza for the first time. SO GOOD. The manager is super nice, the crust was on point, I... definitely found my new favourite place to order from. Great spot to grab some delish bites at. Definitely a better, safer choice in comparison to McDonald's next door where it's hit... or miss. Staff are all friendly and quite considerate towards others at a local level which gets a double thumbs up from me &my dad. :) Read more

Pizza Pizza is a great place to eat. The staff is friendly and make sure you are comfortable will you wait for the order to be... ready. The variety of food items are great for meat eaters or vegetarians. Fast & efficient service... Reasonably priced. Irecommend this for take out or eat in. Read more
Not bad. So far the best pizza ive had in town since dominos was open. I got a medium pick up special. Price was good, pizza... was fresh. Could have had a bit more cheese but taste was very nice. Read more
This place went above and beyond today. Great service, great food, amazing prices... Seriously, give this place a try. Best day... pizza in town, so far So, I order online and I'm told to arrive within 30 minutes. If it's not ready, it's free. That's a greatdeal, but I'm assuming in paying the ridiculously low prices anyway, I'll give them the extra 5 minutes. I get there and theirprinter has messed up. My order had not been prepared. The guy at the register immediately notified their superior, got my orderstarted, and assured me they would keep to the deal, but it would take an extra 10 minutes. In 10 minutes I had my food, free,and had to force the guy to take a tip. Amazing customer service, never complained about me, was somehow still helping theother customers, and no one was ever rude. Had a few issues but nothing that stopped me from ordering. Online ordering was easy however took forever for my CC to be... recognized. On pickup, my daughter ran in to grab the pizza and came out saying they charged her. I took the receipt and theygave me cash back and a free dip for my troubles and stated it was because they?re still training. No problem. We all startsomewhere. Pizza itself was mediocre with little flavour. Crust was decent but the rest of it was pretty doughy. Ingredientsdon?t appear to be fresh and have little colour or flavour. Would I order from here again? Probably not any time soon. I?llwait for a few months till they get all the kinks worked out and see if it improves. Read more
Decent pizza, all depends the style of pizza you?re after and for a chain type this is decent. Staff was nice, food was hot. My... only critique would be a weak amount of one of the 3 toppings I ordered. Other than that I would try it again. There is a lot ofpizza businesses in Port Alberni so may be some time as I would like to try them all to base a solid opinion. Read more
