Quality of this restaurant has slipped completely. The last half dozen times I have come some aspect of my order has been... completely messed up, and today was sort of the last straw for me. I ordered a latte from an older woman at the front counterand received what seems to be an iced cup of cream. I didnt ask for an iced anything, but short of time before my shift I amleft to sip on a cup of cream this morning. Read more

Sat for 5 min in a clear drive through watching them chat inside with each other only to be told they have no options because... they are cleaning the coffee machines at 2pm. Pathetic. Read more

Tim hortons. Nothing good to say about them anymore. I use to visit timmies 4 to 5 times a day. Then I was told to f off by an... employee and Tim hortons did nothing about it. Read more

Non-professional staff. It seems like the staff doesn?t get any training. I visited three times on this visit, and every time... they cemented that they don?t like their job, it may be due to management. 1) Aug 25 - first day charged for cheese melt andgave me bagel. When I asked for the price difference, he said he doesn?t know how much he should pay me back. 2) Aug 25 - ladywas too rude and in a harsh tone she asked a customer behind me to close the door 3) Aug 27 6:45AM - they gave me incompleteorder and I went to my car. When I came back and wanted to say that I am missing hot chocolate, the lady there rudely said youneed to wait. Clearly lots of morale issues. Read more

Tim's are well known for their efficient, effective drive thru service. However yesterday's visit brought something quite... important, forward. My wife and I, each ordered a cup of coffee. My wife ordered cream with artificial sweeteners and I orderedblack. The window server did a good job of describing the coffee's as she handed them to my wife. Cream with sweetener, and ablack. On sip of her coffee and my wife said this is real sugar. We know we didn't cause a mix up, as mine was black. I slowlypoured out her coffee and there it was, sugar in the bottom of her cup. My wife is diabetic and would not order sugar, ever.Neither cup of coffee was mark, as to the contents. We were accustomed to this business marking the cups with white marker. Notyesterday and we got a very good wakeup to our health and safety being in jeopardy because of someone's complacency, andcarelessness. At this point I've not had the time to go a bring this to the attention of the store. Read more

Takes forever to get served. I have never seen a place so unorganized. Half the time the thing's you want they are out of. The ... only thing going for them is the coffee and apple fritters are very good if they have apple fritters. Read more
